This is my first experience with this company hopefully everything was file correct and I have no more issues from USPTO. The only thing I see that I should change is I wish I had phone contact. The phone number I was given on the email I was sent after I paid; I could never reach anyone only by email. Sometimes I need you to explain to me verbally. Over all good experience.

Boris is super responsive and provides excellent service. I like their process and to-do guides for my trademark filings

The help was very knowledgeable on how to proceed. The instructions provided were very detailed as well. Their fees are very reasonable and they give you a choice to use their lawyer at reasonable cost or you can do it on your own with their help. They have all my business going forward.

Smooth and very satisfying.

I have a very busy work schedule, and I put this work off basically until the last minute. While dealing with 1) my only intermittent availability due to work, 2) the fact that because of my procrastination we were up against the USPTO deadline, 3) the fact that we were working well into the evening prior to Thanksgiving Day, and 4) the fact that I basically did not know what I was doing; Boris was spectacularly helpful, patient, and clear.
