I paid for them to file a response to my trademark application logo and it resulted in it being rejected. So ultimately they made the problem worse instead of fixing the issue.

Your response has just been filed on April 13th, and the examiner of USPTO has not issued any reply to this response yet, why you indicate your trademark is being rejected?

The complaint case of R11246305
The complaint case of R11246305: OA response for trademark WSJCHANCE #9044379.I have never seen a company like yours.
First, you just think about the money and never put the focus on the solution of our case, so your first email wanted us to pay you $50 more, but you never think about the details of this case, have you know that the company we apply for the trademark is an America company before ? have you know that we do not have the real office in America before? all this information are we informed you later. Account to this fact, you just sent our company documents to the USPTO, and did not give the answers the USPTO wanted, so we were refused again, is this your professional solution?
Second, you never take responsibility for your actions, why our trademark was refused again, due to your response are not the USPTO wanted and did not meet their requirements, What is your action when our trademark was refused again? you never think about what the real solution to our case, you just think about the money, and want we pay you another $149. If we was refused again? and then we have to pay you another $149 again? and again and again more???
Please let a professional colleague solve this case, or let your supervisor contact us and solve the case.

Hello Mr Wu,
We can only get the office action response solved properly when the applicant cooperates with us and provides all factual information. Before the response, we asked for your real business address or documents supporting your US address. You chose to provide your business registration article in USA to support the address you originally provided in the application (the original application was not filed by us). We therefore submitted the same for you and in our opinion that you should have the office in USA otherwise why you registered your business there.
However, a new office action has been issued several days ago, and the examiner pointed out that the address you provided is an agent address instead of your real business address. You didn't inform us and you shouldn't have provided your US address in the application if you do not actually have a real office in USA. You now have 6 months for the second response, and to show our sincerity, we have waived the attorney fee and offered you a discount on the service fee, but you still do not want to pay for the error message you delivered which caused the new office action. We really feel frustrated when you refused our special offer and left such message here.
Sincerely,

Did not help with the right answer to the USTPO to get the trademark approval.

Dear Sir,
The filing date of a pending Application precedes your trademark's filing date. Action on your application is suspended until the prior-filed application(s) either registers or abandons.
We have fixed all other issues stated in the first Office Action of your trademark. So you just need to wait the suspension get released.
Sincerely,
RW

They're not lawyer
I don't know if these people are lawyers are not... but I used them to file my sou because it was denied I thought they would be able to help me however they only provide with the same information the Examiner already provided me with. I asked what services can they provide me They never reply they kept sending the reasons my trademark was denied which i already knew why. I called The Examiner for my trademark and told him I had a lawyer on my case he told me no lawyer was listed which was strange so I wrote them to ask what lawyer is assigned to my trademark and I got no response that was two days ago.. so today I asked for a refund
Response from LegalHoopNov 11, 2021
Hi Ronda,
The title 'They're not lawyer' is false and misleading. After you choose our attorney-led services, your case will be assigned to a qualified attorney licensed in his/her jurisdiction. Normally, a POA should be signed by you to authorize him/her to represent you before the IP Office or Court.
Refund has been issued. You simply need to provide the evidences regarding how you are selling the goods in actual sales environment. We can not help you to produce the evidences since it's not legit. What we can do is to prepare the documents following the USPTO rules based on your answers.
Sincerely,
AA

I’m very upset
I clearly sent my friend trademark and told them that I want one just like this one with section Athey did not do the right job
Response from LegalHoopNov 8, 2021
Hi Ahmad,
I have read all relavant emails and your order information, here is the thing: We typically submit the applications based on the answers to our online questionnaire. You answered “No” to our questions “Are you currently using your brand in commerce?” when placing the order. So we filed the application based on intent to use as you stated. Only those orders that clearly stated “YES” in use with a specific date of the first use provided will be submitted based on use in commerce under Section 1 (A). You never mentioned that you have started to use the mark in our communications, and you never provided any evidences of use. You only provided your friend's registration for reference when we ask you to provide a more specific description of your services. That's why we submitted the same description of the service as in your friend's registration, but based on intent to use. Though the application has been submitted, amendment to Section 1(a) is still possible.
Though it's not our fault, we can offer you the amendment free of service fee if you can provide evidences of use for each class of services. Please send Vicky an email if you are ready to file the allegation of use.
Sincerely,
