Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We understand that the consistency of our Sugar Shake may be different from what some customers expect when they hear the term "shake." Depending on the batch and how the material settles during processing and shipping, it can sometimes have a much finer texture than traditional shake. We appreciate your honest perspective, especially given your experience. Customer feedback helps us better communicate product expectations and continue improving our offerings. Thank you for giving us a try, and we hope you'll continue exploring our products to find the options that best match your preferences.
