They used to be a good company, now they answer questions late or not at all the free shipping doesn’t work and I’ve asked why and they say only one code at a time.. so forget about using your rewards and getting free shipping or being able to bundle. Honestly I’m going somewhere else, the product is not that good for crappy customer service.. used to be good but looks like heading down hill in 2026.

The order is delayed by multiple days without any updates from the tracking number, or any from the support team for the website. I haven't even received it yet, so this could be a 1 star if the bud is bad. I do not like having to wait a week for it to arrive after I paid for 3 day shipping.
