My order was marked delivered but I never received it. After contacting the post office I was told to contact the company and they could file a claim for the package. After 4 days and 3 emails I received a response saying they would replace my order and to keep and eye out for the new shipping info. It has now been 4 days and I have received nothing.

First time doing business with them but customer service wasn’t responsive after I asked for tracking nor did they send me tracking information. They asked for payment it was sent with no problem. They stated I would receive tracking from a company that they don’t even use. Product was supposed to be here today but never received it. And now no one is responding I asked for a refund due to lack of service and communication from company. For a future loyal customer they didn’t give me the respect nor results deserved. Now I ask for a refund and still no response this definitely feel like a scam

I tried to place an order but my delivery address is different from my billing address. Customer service sent an email stating they require the billing and delivery address to be the same. I've never had that problem before. They didn't want my business. Remember if your billing and delivery address isn't the same they don't want your business. They lost a new customer.

As a result, our payment processor requires us to follow strict verification policies, including shipping orders only to the cardholder's billing address. Please understand that this isn't a reflection on you as a customer, and it's not that we don't want your business. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, even when a customer is completely legitimate, as doing so could put our merchant account at risk. To help prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business, we simply require that the shipping address match the billing address associated with the payment method used. If you ever get this sorted out feel free to reach out and we will take care of you on our end.
