Manager is calling me a scammer. They can’t cut wood the same thickness I guess. They are beautiful pieces but are super uneven on the wall. The brackets don’t align up. Yes I took 2 weeks to get back to them since I could not hang them immediately. So now if I return them I have 48 holes in the wall from the supports. Only offering 10 percent off is a slap In the face. I have disputed the charges and do not recommend this company. I really think someone needs to have a talk with kristi as well. From email perspective she is rude and you can tell is about money and not making a customer happy. If they can make this right I’ll for sure change my review. But for now, 1 star is even to much. I though I had made progress as to a solution since she asked me what I wanted as well, not sure why she asked if I had no other option. Let me add now, the owner decides to come out and respond. I had 2 hung up and that’s 16 holes in the wall. The first set was even. So after I started with that set I had no choice but to continue. That’s for nothing though Jeremy. Mason
