Hi Kamdyn, While we appreciate your thoughts, I wasn't able to find a customer record or record of any order from you. It also looks like your review was not created from a review link that we sent out, so maybe you meant to review a different business. Could you double check that you meant to review Legacy Handcraft? Our products are all handcrafted from solid wood and very high quality. If you did order from us, we would be very happy to help out in any way we can. Since we don't have a customer record or any contact information, I'm wondering if you could reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]? Again, we'd be very happy to help resolve any concerns you have with an order from us, but if this review was meant for a different company, we'd appreciate it you'd remove it. Thanks so much! LH Customer Service Team

Hi James, I'm so sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience! I'm wondering if you could provide some additional information about your order so that we can help get this sorted for you? I reached out to our customer service team, and they weren't able to find an order or any communication under your name. We'd love to chat about this and see how we can help. Please reach out to [email protected] at your earliest convenience! Thanks, Kristi Urban Legacy

Hi Nancy, This review is for Urban Legacy. It looks like you purchased some Barn Plank Accent Shelves from us this month. I'm wondering if you might have meant to leave this review for a different company? No worries - it's easy to do! Kristi

Hi, I just reached out to you via email so that I can help resolve your concerns, but I thought I would also reply here in case you would see it sooner. I'm wondering if you could provide any more information regarding what you mean by the changing "final cut"? While each piece of wood is unique and it's likely that you may have gotten shelves made of wood from a different barn than the ones you previously had, we haven't made any changes to the way any of our shelves are made. I do understand that you didn't prefer the look of the distressing on your shelf. We do our best to provide many pictures so that customers can understand the variety of markings/distressing that the shelves may have, but we understand that the distressed look is not for everyone! We are always happy to accept a return if it's not the look you prefer. It looks like your return was authorized quickly and the return instructions were provided for you. Unfortunately, as a small company we are only able to offer free shipping to the customer, but we are not able to cover the return shipping when an item is not defective. We do have the return policy listed on our website in the Shipping and Returns section, for your convenience. https://urbanlegacy.us/shipping-and-returns/ If you need any assistance with returning your shelves, we are more than happy to help with that! Please reach out to us at [email protected]. Once we receive the returned shelves, we will process your full refund. Thank you, and I hope to hear back from you soon! Kristi Customer Service Manager

Hi Richard, As we explained in our many communications, you purchased a Made To Order shelf. It is very clearly stated in multiple places on our site that any Made To Order product is not able to be cancelled, returned or refunded. Your order goes to our artisans immediately when you place your order, so cancellation is not an option. That’s a very typical policy, as the item is being made to your specifications. I did want to clarify that our lead time is 3-4 weeks and we function well within that time. Your order will never take more than 4 weeks to ship. I’m sorry the shelf didn’t work out where you preferred to use it, but we are not able to accept the return of a custom shelf.
