I ordered two sets of barnwood shelving from Urban Legacy. One set of two shelves were in the white-wash finish for my bathroom, and the other two were in the natural finish for my craft room. I couldn't be happier. The ordering process was clear and direct, the shelving arrived quickly, went up easily and looks beautiful in both rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Legacy to anyone.

Great product group shipping!
Customer
The product I had purchased in the past is great, quality material but the Customer Service is terrible. If you are not going to reply to your messages, don’t get into the “service” business because it doesn’t look good when you don’t have proper support.

Hi there, I was waiting to reply to your review publicly because I was hoping we could speak privately first so that I could resolve your concerns. However, I reached out via email about a week ago and haven't heard back. I would still be more than happy to speak to you, if you'd like! I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. I would like to make that right for you. Were you referencing a communication with our customer service team? I did review all of our customer service emails that were received previous to your review, and was not able to find any communication from you. It looks like you may be working with our Custom Order team, but I can see that all of your contact with them has been answered well within our goal of 1 business day. I'm not sure if maybe you had reached out over a weekend and didn't realize we weren't open, or if you had sent a customer service email that we didn't receive, but either way we always do our very best to provide excellent customer service, and I want to make sure you have that same experience. If you could reach back out or reply to my email, I will do whatever I can to take care of your concerns. Thanks so much! Kristi Customer Service Manager [email protected]

Everything was super quick and shelves came in timely. Just double check measurements vs the template as the template to actual mount brackets are slightly off
Response from LegacyhandcraftSep 21, 2022
Thanks so much for letting us know that you had some difficulty with the template. As our brackets are all attached by hand, there is a slight room for error. Typically the brackets can be adjusted to match the template, but if you experience any difficulties with installation, please reach out. We're happy to help!

Aidan was very helpful from day one on my order. He had good suggestions on my project, and finished wood was well packed and absolutely beautiful. He responded quickly every time and made my whole experience with Urban Legacy a real pleasure. I will definitely use them again in the future.
