BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN FUNDED TRADING BUISNESS!!!

First of all, this is the first time in three weeks that Legacy Funded Futures has finally given me any kind of explanation for why my payout was being delayed. Second, this response is a perfect example of what happens with many prop firms when it comes time to actually pay traders. Everything is fine when accounts are being purchased, and there seems to be no issue taking payments for multiple accounts. But the moment a trader requests a payout, suddenly there is a “compliance investigation” and accusations of breaking some rule. If this was truly an issue from the beginning, why was it not flagged earlier? Why was I allowed to continue paying for and using accounts until a payout was requested? Instead of clear communication, I was left waiting for weeks with no proper answer. Now that the situation is public, the explanation is suddenly about rules and internal records that I am not even allowed to see or respond to properly. This does not change my point. Traders should be very careful with firms that allow you to spend money freely, but only start raising serious issues when it is time for them to pay out.

This review does not provide the full context behind the payout denial. Following a compliance review, the accounts connected to this matter were found to be operating in violation of our Terms & Conditions, including multiple account activity associated with the same household/IP environment. Our rules explicitly prohibit more than one participant per household/IP address, as well as any form of multi-account participation or circumvention of account limitations. These policies are clearly disclosed prior to purchase and are available publicly: * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/terms-and-conditions/ * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/faq/maximum-allocation/ * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/faq/can-someone-else-trade-my-account/ Contrary to the claims made in this review, this was not a routine payout processing issue. The payout requests were placed on hold pending a compliance investigation related to these policy violations. While we cannot publish private account information publicly, all actions taken were supported by internal account records and enforcement procedures consistent with our Terms & Conditions.

⚠️ WARNING – PAYOUT ISSUES ⚠️ It’s now been over 10 days and Legacy FF still hasn’t processed my payout requests of $3,500 and $2,480. I’ve been contacting support daily, but the responses I’m getting are inconsistent and honestly make no sense. The whole situation is starting to look extremely suspicious. Just putting this out there so others stay aware.

This review is misleading and omits the actual reason the payout requests were denied. The accounts associated with this matter were flagged during a compliance investigation for violations of our published Terms & Conditions, including the use of multiple accounts associated with the same household/IP environment, which is expressly prohibited under our platform rules. Legacy Funded Futures clearly states that only one participant per household/IP address is permitted. Our policies also prohibit multi-account participation, account sharing, and attempts to circumvent platform restrictions through related or connected accounts. These policies are publicly available and agreed to prior to using our services: * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/terms-and-conditions/ * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/faq/maximum-allocation/ * https://legacyfundedfutures.com/faq/can-someone-else-trade-my-account/ The payout requests referenced in this review were placed under compliance review due to these violations and were not standard payout delays. For privacy and security reasons, we will not disclose personal account details publicly, however all enforcement actions were based on internal verification records, account access data, and policy compliance. We enforce these rules consistently to protect the integrity of the platform for all compliant traders.

WARNING -- NO PAYOUT -- WARNING !!! For the last 10 days, Legacy FF is holding my $3,500 and $2,480 payout requests. Every day I have been in contact with the support team, their feedback does NOT make sense.... IT LOOKS VERY FISHY !!!
