Hello Legacy Funding Futures Team,
Hello Legacy Funding Futures Team, I’m reaching out because I’m extremely frustrated with how my evaluation ended, and I want to request a review of my case. During my evaluation, the profit target was $7,000. I reached that target and continued trading, eventually reaching $9,000 in profit. At that point, my consistency was 51%. Despite hitting the profit target and demonstrating profitability, my account was marked as breached due to the consistency requirement. I understand the rules, but I feel the outcome is unfair. I had already met the $7,000 profit target, and I was actively working to improve my consistency. The fact that I reached $9,000 profit and still did not receive the funded account feels discouraging, especially after putting in the work to reach and exceed the target. I’m asking if there is any way my evaluation can be reconsidered, reimbursed, or if I can be granted the funded account based on the performance I demonstrated. I truly believe I earned it, and I hope you can take another look at my results. Thank you for your time and understanding. Best regards, Michael

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, Michael. However, we do want to clarify a few important points for transparency. First, Trustpilot reviews do not provide us with customer account information, so we are unable to identify or review your specific account based on this post alone. Second, it is not possible for an account to breach solely because the consistency rule was above 50%. The consistency rule does not automatically fail or close an account. Traders simply continue trading until their best trading day falls below the required threshold while remaining within the account rules. In cases like this, an account would only become breached if another rule violation occurred, such as hitting a drawdown limit or cancelling the subscription before completing the funded activation process. We would be happy to review your case directly if you contact our support team with your account details. Please reach out to [email protected] and we can look into the situation further for you.
