New trader here
New trader here, I opened my 100k elite funded account yesterday and as soon as I made the account I was happy to start trading but I began to have issues trying to pull up the charts and the support in the groups are terrible and they take forever to respond. Does anyone know what I can do to make the charts show up on my screen? All they told me was to click on market at the top left of screen and then click charts but when I do it nothing happens.

We’re sorry for the confusion you experienced getting started, especially as a new trader. After reviewing your account activity, we were able to confirm that the platform itself was functioning correctly and that trades were successfully placed on the account afterward. The issue with the charts not appearing was due to no trading symbol being selected. On DXtrade, a market such as NQ or ES must first be selected before the chart window can display data. Our team did provide guidance on accessing the charts, and we’re always happy to assist further when needed. We understand that learning a new platform can take a little time, especially for newer traders, and we’ll continue working to improve the onboarding experience and response times for everyone.
