I had ordered the KS2207 Sink and Faucet on 25/10.28 during the Halloween Sale they had. I took the measurements at home and thought this was the perfect size. A week later the item arrived and it turned out it was way too small for the kitchen sink hole that I have. I contacted Lefton and they worked through the process of exchanging the unit for the KS2207L. The whole process took about a week as it was through Remembrance Day. I paid the difference between the 2 models and the shipping for the returned item (which I expected to do as it was my fault). The new sink is on it's way. The Lefton team were very helpful through the whole process. Definitely great service.

Great product. We had an issue with one of the hoses not connecting properly but the company sent us whatever we needed (without cost) for us to get it all working properly. It looks and works great. I cannot tell you how many people have been asking us about it! Never expected a sink to be a talking point in the house lol!

Lefton corrected my order where I made mistakes. Their customer oriented approach is very good.

We installed a Lefton kitchen sink in 2023, complete with multi function spray hose, vegetable washer and other upgrades from a standard kitchen sink. A few weeks ago, the button on the spray nozzle broke. A quick email to Lefton and after confirming my addresss they sent a new replacement nozzle.

What a great sink! It's the start of the show in my kitchen. The wonderful parts, faucets, water fountains etc. what’s not to love. Great customer service too.

The 7L sink I ordered arrived shattered. I contacted via phone and email (included pics). I was promptly emailed back and customer service responded that another sink was already getting prepared to ship. It arrived in perfect condition, although we held our breath opening it b/c there was a long gash in the box. I would recommend that the packing be improved and increased as there are a lot of reviews with the glass shattered upon arrival. The 2nd one was shipped exactly the same as the first. Lefton would probably save a lot of money!

Customer service is outstanding. We initially had two challenges with our kitchen sink. The lights and temperature readout were not working. Upon contacting customer service, they advised us that the motor was most likely installed upside down. After turning it around, everything worked perfectly. We also had a small leak at the crimp just above the sprayer head. They promptly are sending us a new part. Great customer service and we love the new sink. Just a quick update on the small hose leak - We received a replacement part within two days! Great customer service - Highly recommended company.
