Initially, the bathroom faucet was leaking &you have to struggle to open & close the faucet handle. After contacting the company & customer service, and listening to my explanations, they decided to send me another one. This time it worked fine, no more leaks & easy to open & close the faucet handle. Customer service was great, responding to customer on a timely manner. Thanking them for replacing a defective product. Kudos!

We received faucet with leaking valve. Lefton promptly initiated resolution of replacement faucet. We opted for for the refund. Product looks great. But we appreciate the quickness of a resolution.

We purchased one of the Kitchen sink on 12/1/25 This sink is nice and is an excellent addition for a kitchen renovation. Delivery only took a couple of weeks and the product was in perfect condition when it arrived. We have not installed it yet but is going to be a easy install for the looks of it. Great product and excellent customer service !!! Moe

We have had our sink for two years now. I wish there was a fix for the cup washer. Several people have had a bath!! LOL!! I keep a heavy glass on it. I love the color and texture of the sink, nothing seems to stick and it is always clean looking. It was a great addition to our kitchen remodel.

Initially a bit of an issue with tracking, but company contacted me and worked with me on it. After receiving my order, found that any issue with tracking, was definitely worth it. The 2 faucets and pop up drains were well worth it. They’re beautiful, well crafted, heavy, not cheap faucets, and well packed. I love them! Thank you to Lefton for contacting me with the tracking issue.
