Everything was great except for the fact that I got an email with a $75 coupon the day AFTER I made my purchase. Would have been nice to use this at the time I decided to spend $1800.

Leesa mattress very comfortable and has helped reduce many of my back issues. My husband and I are sleeping better with much less pain and stiffness upon waking.

I am very happy with the first week’s sleep on the Sapira hybrid. Though the Website was very descriptive ,it is truly incomplete without the ability to test a mattress. -I couldn’t buy a car or wedding gown on line. - . I found three likely candidates on the site but the top choice ended up the least comfortable ( too much motion detected) in real life when sat on with a partner. The site provided Valuable information of which stores had product but people outside of large retail locations are out of luck for a trial of a very expensive purchase and the stores did not stock all products though selection was good overall. White glove delivery was the way to go for the 148 pound mattress. Site was unclear regarding requirements for a base even though there is a (somewhat hidden) article about this which was sent after calling a helpful person at the company.

Great mattress with awesome shipping timeline.

I found the process clear until the last step -- I wanted to add the white glove service and I was confused about where to find that.
