Was very easy to find a physical location to try out the mattress in person, and the staff at the partnered location was very kind. Ended up ordering online anyway as it was easier and smoother than any in-person location could be.

Clear website with good degree of explanations and disclosures. I already have one Leesa mattress, which has been excellent.

Changing my mattress to a Lessa has been one of the best investments I have made this year.

We bought the Saphira Chill Hybrid mattress. This mattress is super and well made. It was constructed to order and shipped in a timely manner. The directions for unwrapping were detailed and perfect. We wanted a fairly firm mattress which this definitely is. We also wanted to be cooler at night sleeping, which we really are not. However, I have a feeling this is due to the mattress protector rather than the Leesa. I would absolutely recommend this mattress and this company!
