CS was great help whenever I called

I ordered the plus mattress based on fatgirlflow's review, and I was hoping it would be my perfect mattress. However, it maybe a bit too hard for me. I have only slept on it for 1 night and will have to give it a full 30 days before exchanging or returning but I am glad they seem to have a great policy on returns. The shipping got hung up in Kansas before making its way to me, so it was delayed by a day. Very heavy to move upstairs by myself but I did do it. There is no edge support and I see that the bottom left corner of the mattress seems to be a bit out of shape. You are also able to feel the springs on the edges of the mattress so not sure how long this mattress would really hold up if there is nothing to reinforce the sides. I did get hot throughout the night but not overly so that it disturbed my sleep. If this mattress doesn't work out, I do plan to reorder a slightly softer mattress from Leesa.

Took a while to get my mattress because we had white glove delivery which was worth every penny for us more mature customers. Worked with customer service who followed up to make sure everything was delivered.

We’ve owned Leesa for about 10yrs and their warranty process is good and they honoured it.

The mattress seems well made and comfortable but the shipping really was a bummer. It took slightly longer than anticipated but that wasn't really too big of an issue. Mainly the box it came in was all but destroyed. I couldn't even pick the mattress up as the box literally had no structural integrity. I had to roll it into my house. I feel like anyone shipping such large heavy objects would know to have a box with re-enforced handles and corners.

mattress arrived quickly and is comfortable

First mattress I have ordered myself and did quite a bit of research as well as tried options in the store. We did try the Leesa mattress at a West Elm location and liked it but we will know for sure once sleeping on it with the trial period. The only confusing piece was the layers shown inside the mattress on the Leesa site (Natural Hybrid) differed from what it showed on Naplab review so not sure which one is accurate. Other than that Leesa site was easy to navigate and we actually liked the feel of just the partial latex hybrid (also with polyfoam) as opposed to all latex although I did want a fully natural mattress. Fingers crossed we love it!

The Leesa customer service team provided really great and attentive service both via phone and email. We had an unfortunate experience with their delivery partner for white glove service, however. Delivery mixup at the delivery vendor, difficulty scheduling with them, inexperienced setup team with incomplete setup of our bed and more. All is ok in the end, but it was a very stressful and frustrating experience. The Leesa Legend Hybrid bed is amazing!!! It's like sleeping in a cloud.
