Everything about this experience was great. The wirecutter endorsement, the price point, which was totally reasonable, the fact that I could test it out at West Elm then buy online. Also, Leesa has the best chat function I have ever used—when I decided, after the fact, to change from regular delivery to white glove deliver it was quick, understandable and exactly what I needed. Every part of the experience has been excellent.

Easy to purchase a mattress and adjustable base. Some concern about comfort level as cannot test before buying, but a 90 day return policy helps a lot.
