Thank you for your feedback. We want to be clear—Leeloo does not deactivate accounts without cause or as a way to avoid payouts. All accounts, including those with Edge Enhancers or one-time fees, remain subject to the rules outlined in our Knowledge Base. The 12 traded days per month requirement is part of the PA Enhancer terms and applies equally to every trader. We understand it can be frustrating if rules are missed, and we are working to improve clarity in our communications so expectations are clear before purchase. If you believe your account was deactivated in error, please provide your Rithmic ID and account details so our compliance team can recheck your case. — Team Leeloo
