We appreciate your feedback and the chance to clarify. At Leeloo, all traders are paid according to the same published rules. The transition you describe to a Super PA account is part of our efforts to expand opportunities for traders whose performance demonstrates strong potential for copy trading. This process can take time as it requires system adjustments and openings in our copy trading program. Your payout was processed correctly under the rules, and the $9,000 you received was not a reduction but part of the structured transition toward a larger, longer-term opportunity. We understand delays can be frustrating, but we do not withhold payouts to avoid large payments—thousands of traders, including many with significant payouts, have been approved without issue. If you would like us to revisit your case and provide an update on your Super PA status, please reply with your Rithmic ID so our compliance and support teams can review it directly with you. — Team Leeloo

We take accusations like this very seriously. To be clear: Leeloo never “threatens” traders, nor do we place anyone on any so-called “worldwide fraud alert.” We do not have such a system, and this claim is not accurate. All billing is handled through secure payment processors. A duplicate charge typically occurs if multiple attempts were made at checkout. In such cases, our support team issues a refund once verified. Platform issues such as trades opening/closing unexpectedly are tied to the trading platform (e.g., NinjaTrader) or internet connection, not Leeloo. We have no ability to “force” trades. Your account was not deleted arbitrarily—our compliance team disables accounts when there are payment disputes or irregularities that must be resolved first. If you believe there was an error on your billing, please provide your Rithmic ID and transaction receipt so our accounting team can review and correct it. We’ve processed thousands of accounts successfully, and we are more than willing to resolve verified issues fairly. — Team Leeloo
