Everything was exactly as described.

Surpassed my expectations. So rad. We designed the piece to honor my late father. And it is perfect. Online purchasing can be hit or miss. But these guys nailed it. No regrets. Now Im mentally cataloging design ideas to purchase as gifts for friends!

10/10 shipping and box was amazing!

Controller box doesn’t work I will say this, the company was very responsive even on Christmas Day and was able to find a solution for me and the product. So I am deff more of a happy customer then I was yesterday. Thanks again for making it right!

I was a little hesitant in buying a neon sign online, and then the worry of shipping it. It arrived beautifully packed and the quality was truly great. I bought it for my best friend for Christmas, hoping that she will like it, and I have no doubt that she will. Thank you!

I was able to order a custom small sign for my spa. The customer service was very helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. The sign was delivered quickly and it was easy to assemble. It looks fantastic in the window! I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Sent me a great product. Very pleased!

A truly fantastic experience. First they were super fast in responding and providing me with a quote. Second, they were by far the lowest priced quote I received from the 5 vendors I contacted. Not even close. Then I received my signage much faster than I expected. The signage came with 3 different mounting systems, it came with a remote control and dimmer. I wasn't expecting these as I didn't need them but delighted that I received them. The quality of the signage was amazing. I'm super excited to have found this company and have already ordered 4 additional signs.
