LED Neons is the best
LED Neons is the best! They are fast and efficient!! I chatted with Mark about a project I needed quickly. He told me that he would get right on it even though he couldn’t promise me my sign would get to me by my aggressive deadline. I went ahead and took a chance and it was delivered in time! Customer Service top tier! I would recommend 10/10!

We truly appreciate you trusting us with your order, especially with such a tight turnaround. Creating signs that our customers are excited about is something we genuinely love it’s a passion for our team, not just a job. Knowing that we could help bring your project to life and get it to you on time means a lot to us. Thank you again for choosing LedNeons and for the 10/10 recommendation! We absolutely loved working with you!

Worth the wait
Multiple shipping delays, which is out of the company’s hand. Frustrating but understood. Great quality LED sign. Lucky my wife really likes it.

My experience with LedNeon was very good. I am extremely happy, they are quick to respond with change suggestions, good customer service, professional, and produce a very good product. Nothing could be improved upon. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Our experience was beyond phenomenal!!!!!
Our experience was beyond phenomenal. We reached out to them, provided our logo design, received a response quickly with mockup of exactly what we wanted and we saved $400+ from a previous quote. The package arrived a few days later than what LedNeon and ourselves expected due to the carrier but the wait was well worth it. Oh and I cant forget about their customer service...beyond GREAT!!!!!! They were so patient with me with all my questions/concerns as they reassured me that everything would turn out like we wanted. Again they were so right. Thanks again, we will recommend you time after time.

Forgiveness
I just posted a 1 star rating…. I am very regretful for doing that….( I was mad because my neon arrived broken) my apologies… it was a transportation mishap. I emailed customer service, and they took care of everything… they have a great team! I would give them 10 stars, for being patient with someone that jumped to the worst possible conclusions…. Thank- you for your patience and virtue! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
