Do not buy from them! These lights do not work. The app is horrible too! Experts cannot install these lights and when we call for help they do not answer. They came scratched. The headlights are faulty and don’t even turn on. Absolutely horrible website. Lights are from China by the way. I was under the impression they were made in America.

I do not have any idea where everyone gets such great customer service, help on installation, or any answer for that matter. The light I bought are over $300, they are not what they said they were, the instructions are horrible, the app they said i needed to use instead of what the instructions say doesn't work and i can get no one to respond. Spent over $600 with this company and im totally screwed.

I contacted these guys about a headlight for my 98 Vulcan. They were very quick to respond everytime, kept me in the loop the whole way through. Offered me 2 options for my bike. It arrived quickly and plugged straight in. All I can say is WOW IS IT BRIGHT!!!

I recently bought some LED lights to put on my TriGlide to improve my visibility to oncoming traffic. These LED lights are Running Lights and Turn Signals in one. I will be a return customer to LED Factory Mart.

Headlights came in a beat up box and no Instructions...I called them and of course nobody answers the phone....I'm sending this back, and spending my money with another company.

VERY DIFFICULT COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH. BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE FOR OVER A WEEK TO SEND BACK TURNING SIGNALS THAT DO NOT FIT MY BIKE. HAPPY WITH THE HEADLIGHTS. BUT CANT GET A RETURN LABEL AND REFUNDED FOR THE TURN SIGNALS. BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN. DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO IF I HAVE A LEGIT TECH ISSUE. PAY THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS AND GO WITH A COMPANY WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPUTATION!

I ordered LED light kit for my motorcycle. Upon receiving the item, I noticed the box was missing the front turn signal lights. I immediately tried calling the company but got voicemail constantly. I emailed them several times and after 3 days, I just received a response stating that production stopped on the orange front blinkers. They offered a black front turn signal but I asked to make sure the bulbs were orange because I can not use red front turn signals in my state. I also questioned them as to why I was not informed that part of the order was no longer available. I guess they just assumed I would overlook it. I have also noticed that my back turn signals which stated plug and play on the website are not correct. I have to rewire them to get them to work. I’m still waiting for a response back but I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. I also left a review on their website and they keep taking it down. No wonder they have good reviews on their own website!!
