I bought a full set of LED lights for my 2012 jeep wrangler. I received them and installed them. Everything was working great until the passenger side headlamp went out. I sent an email to find out about the warranty. I received a message saying it was a two year time. However they have all kinds of kinks in the way it works. They wanted me to pay a 40 dollar fee before they would replace the defective headlight. If it was covered by a warranty then why would they want me to pay a 40 fee for shipping the new one? I'm very disappointed with the service I received from them!!I won't be buying anything else from the LFM!! 1-10-23 UPDATE I finally received the replacement headlight from LFM. And it only took 11 day's from the date they shipped it out from China 12-28-22 David at LFM sent me an email informing me that it had shipped and ask if I would delete or change my original review to a five stars rating. LOL not a fat chance!! I had to purchase another set of headlights so I could drive safely after dark, not to mention not get a citation for having a headlight out. I guess it's ok to drive that way in his country. The customer service and lack of understanding what the issue is,is sad to say the least. I would be very careful what your planning on buying from them before doing so. As the old saying goes buyer beware! And no David no delete or five star review or sprinkle's. Sprinkles are for winners!

Received the light, but it did not make the shipping times to be able to use it. I was refunded the expedited charges. Good customer service follow up. Light works well.

I am trying to find out about my order #64640. My order was placed on December 7, 2022. I still have not received it or received any tracking information. My payment status shows Paid but the fulfillment status shows Unfulfilled even though the web site shows my item as in stock. I have called 4-5 times and left a message for a return phone call. I was disappointed by how long it took to receive my grill, and by the confusing tracking info, but it did arrive and in great shape. The good news is it looks great on our truck and was simple to install. It's a well made product.

You want to charge me extra money for the mounting ring adapter ! Other company’s include that in their plug & play kits , for less money !!! Update. 12/12/22 customer service has agreed to send me the ring at no extra charge. Appreciate the prompt response.

Hi Ricky, thanks for your support. Our LED headlight and passing lights combo you ordered are Plug N Play on a Harley Davidson. We confirmed that you ordered LED headlight and passing lights bundle from our website, not the combo link that includes the bracket. Some model of Harley needs a bracket to install the headlight, such as Like Switchback, Road King, Street Glide and Electra Glide, Ultra Limited models.... needs a ring to fix the LED headlight firmly. We show clear details in the product description. The bracket can be sent out for free if you think our description is not clear. Have a good day!

Shipping is free but very slow. Tried to cancel part of order that had not shipped yet but they answered the email overnight and aske me to be patient! Then the next morning the rest of the order shipped on the slow route again. I have not received anything yet so I can't discuss the quality, but I did order what look to be identical tail lights from amazon, coming much faster at half the price. I will compare them before one or the other set is returned. Order #64606
