Not only was my order 2 week late. But one of the headlights I purchased didn't work. I asked for a simple replacement for over a month. These people want to sell stuff. But do not respond to phone calls or emails once your item is purchased. Over $200, and it was a Christmas gift. If your smart go somewhere else!
Response from LED Factory MartFeb 10, 2025
Dear Donna, We sincerely apologize that your order was delayed, that one of the headlights didn't work, and that you've had trouble getting a response from us regarding a replacement. I understand your frustration, especially since this was a Christmas gift and the lack of communication added to the disappointment. That's not the experience we want you to have. We've now replied to your email and are arranging for a replacement headlight to be sent to you as quickly as possible. We are working to improve our response times and ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll use it to improve our communication and order fulfillment processes. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope that the replacement headlight will resolve this issue and restore your confidence in our products.

Purchased an LED kit on 12/2/24 that was delayed due to 'quality issues' that seems to be a common issue based on multiple complaints on the BBB. There is NO support or contact after the purchase from this company. They have a contact number listed but there is no answer any time of day leaving you no option but to send an email. I submitted a return request on 12/29/24 and received an email response that it was being reviewed. I have sent multiple follow up emails requesting an update with no response. I now have headlights that do not physically fit my vehicle that I cannot install and no response in sight for a refund.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We are working to address the communication issues and ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. We are also reviewing our quality control processes to minimize delays. We want to assure you that we have now processed your return and have replied to your emails. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. We value your business and hope to restore your confidence in our products and services.

A great product that's easily installed. Love the look that makes your vehicle just a little different than others on the road. I did have to return my first order since I ordered the wrong product. Great responses from the online team, but a little slow in the back office to actually issue the refund, but overall a great experience.

This is the worst directions I've ever seen. The small pictures are so blurred I can't tell what they are trying to show me. The wires sent were not right. I'm still trying to finish the install. I've done alot of add ons and this is the worst ever. Don't waste your money. I'm going to have to find someone who can help me hopefully finish this.
Response from LED Factory MartFeb 10, 2025
Dear Roy, We are very sorry to hear you're having such a difficult time with the installation and that the instructions and wiring are not up to par. We understand how frustrating it can be when unclear instructions and incorrect parts prevent you from completing a project. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. We want to help you get this resolved. We have replied your email and we are willing to send replacement adapter wires to you. Our technical support team is available to provide detailed guidance and troubleshoot any problems you're facing. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our products and documentation. We're committed to making it right and ensuring you can enjoy your purchase.

Order a grill with LEDs and its been over two weeks now and I have not receive any status update on my order. I wish I should've seen the reviews before buying anything from them. Seems like a lot of people are in the same situation as I am. No tracking status, no order status update. They do not reply in their chat or emails, but yet they respond to all the reviews on here to email them when they do not respond! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Response from LED Factory MartFeb 10, 2025
Dear JV, We sincerely apologize that you haven't received your grill with LEDs or any updates on your order. We understand your frustration, especially given the lack of communication and the experiences shared by other customers. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we want to make things right. Please send us an email with your order details, and I will personally investigate what happened to your order and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible. While you mentioned difficulty reaching us, I want to assure you that we are committed to addressing every customer's concerns. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll use it to improve our communication and order fulfillment processes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
