Dear Jay, We apologize sincerely for the disappointing experience you had with the installation of your fang lights for your 2024 Tacoma. It's clear that our instructions fell short of providing the necessary detail, particularly regarding the removal of the bumper and the splicing process. We understand that receiving only one side of the splicing components and unclear instructions led to confusion. We take full responsibility for the oversight and assure you that we are committed to improving our customer service and product support. We will revise our instructions to include specific steps for removing the bumper and ensure that all necessary components are included for both sides of the vehicle. We value your feedback and would like to make things right. We will contact you and assist with completing the installation or provide a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to show our commitment to customer happiness. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
