I bought a sugar bowl and creamer from a cute bed and bath store in Highlands, N.C. back in 2006. My daughter broke the button style lid handle off of the lid of the sugar bowl and I couldn't fix it. I tried and tried to find a replacement lid to no avail. On a whim I contacted Le Creuset by email to see if maybe they had one. I got an immediate response that asked me to email pictures to them of the broken lid and sugar bowl. I did as asked, making it clear that I knew it was my fault and that I was looking to purchase the lid. Yesterday I found a box at my door from Le Creuset. They sent me A BRAND NEW SET!!!! I cried. That is what I call going above and beyond!!!!! Le Creuset, you have made a forever loyal customer out of me!!! People...I do not work for nor was I asked to write this review. Also...customer service is a two way road... Be nice to the people who you email/talk to and most likely they will be nice in return!!!

Excellent service honoured their lifetime guarantee replacing my 30+ year old 24cm pan. From start to finish the whole process was faultless, quick response to emails, honouring time frames and a very fair assessment of the problem. Within 4weeks I was cooking with a new pan. I can’t rate Le Creuset high enough

I purchased a wine opener from Le Creuset several years ago. One day I found the cap that held the corkscrew was missing. Without it, the wine opener was useless. I called customer service and was instructed to send it back to their Returns Department and they would evaluate the problem and determine how best to fix it or replace it. Within one week I had a new wine opener delivered to my front door at no cost. Talk about customer service. 5 Stars.

I'm a loyal customer to Le Creuset and have purchased 4+ items reasonable ticket items in the last 2 years. I experienced an issue with one of my products just before December and I found the after-sales service to be nothing short of exemplary. They resolved the issue and even got my replacement to me before Christmas - Thank you again Priscilla!!

Fantastic customer care for a lifetime product. Cathy Gerrard was extremely professional and helpful, she sent a replacement for my 3 year old casserole. I would never buy anything else to cook with. Thank you!

Most kitchen pots and specially grills for sale are junk. I was tired of buying items that in less than 1 year were ready to go to garbage. Tefal and most other known brands are crappy. 6 or 7 years ago I took a gamble and bought a Le Creuset grill. Except for the normal "patina" it's still in amazing condition. I bet it will outlast me by a long time. I've bought other Le Creuset items since, they're in similar quality to the grill. Contacted twice support, it was pretty good, and there's not even Le Creuset in my country. For me, expensive but worth it.

I was very impressed with the customer service at the Chadstone store. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The layout of the store was also exceptional and made it easy to find what I needed. I was served by the manager and found her to be very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Am 19.12.2018 um 17 Uhr einen Gourmet Profitopf bestellt und bezahlt. Wurde heute früh per UPS geliefert. Schnell, gut verpackt, alles Bestens. Der Topf selbst ist Wahnsinn und über die Direktseite sogar billiger als über Amazon ! Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Ich bestelle gerne wieder dort.
