Cooking is now a great pleasure. Purchased a dutch oven at lecreuset-store.com - got best filtered discounts from Amazon and quick delivery.

The teams at Le Cruset at Wrentham Premium and Assembly Row in Somerville MA were amazing!!! Both stores were extremely helpful and patient while I weighed all my dutch oven options. Ended up buying one for myself and as a Christmas gift! Thank you to both stores and especially Cheryl in Wrentham for her extra TLC :).

My Le Creuset had a some chipping in the enamel. I contacted customer services about this and and after sending photos I had an email from Chloe S informing us that they would offer a replacement in a colour of our choice. After a month we received our casserole pot. We are very happy and the lifetime warranty was honoured.

Very Positive Warranty Experience We had issues a dutch oven and balti dish, both over a decade old that were gifted to us from family. The dutch oven experienced a large chip in the enamel off the bottom of the pot, and the finish inside the cast iron balti dish had also started to flake. Granted, although we were using the dishes according to the manufacturer's instructions, we were nervous they would reject our claim because of normal wear and tear, but sending the items back to them 1) ensure they are disposed of properly and 2) will contribute towards a discounted replacement if the warranty does not cover the damage so it seemed worth it. We mailed in our pieces at the very beginning of the pandemic (cost $70) and I will agree that it was not necessarily a straightforward process. But when you're talking about items that cost hundreds of dollars, I understand some hoops. I initially exchanged many emails leading up to the shipping (notifying of the intent to submit, taking pictures, getting a case number, etc). I then had to follow-up with my claim several months later which set off another email chain regarding colors and availability with a very helpful and responsive representative named Tiffany. There was also an issue with shipping that was ultimately resolved without any cost on my end. We received two new pieces in the mail and couldn't be happier. The quality of the items themselves is exceptional and really there are no comparisons when it comes to the dutch oven it is an amazing piece of kitchen equipment that we use nearly every day. The finish is beautiful no matter what color you end up with.

Just received my set of pans, delivered a lot earlier than expected; surprising since we live in Scotland Cooked on all off them. LOVE THEM. Thank you Le Creuset

We had some issues with the enamel of a casserole pot we bought 15 years ago. I was overwhelmed after contacting the customer services, that after some formalities they would replace our dish. I think their customer service has to be commended. I would have bought another myself as we were very satisfied with the functionality of our dish, but a new replacement was a really nice gesture.
