Le CreusetReviews of lecreuset.com

Einfach Spitze !

Le Crueset is my go to Kitchen Helper for my Chinese, French , Hispanic, Indian, Italian & Fusion Cusine 🥰 I own a 13” round Dutch oven , a Wok , a Tea kettle and a few other dishes in hot red. Customer online & in store is simply superb ❣️ 🌶 🍗 🐠 🥘

I am extremely impressed with Le Creuset customer service. I have recently contacted them about 2 issues and they have been more them helpful. I have been sent replacements at no cost to myself, which was way beyond what I was expecting. This is the best and fastest response I have had from any company in many years and it gives me great confidence to continue to invest in my Le Creuset items.

UPDATE: Le Creuset replaced the pot after this review was posted, and also apologized for the delay. The new pot arrived and I'm very happy with it. I just wish they initially treated their customers with the same respect before you leave a review on a public site. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Le Creuset promised me a replacement for my pot. They tell you to destroy the pot in order to get a replacement. I did that. I guess it was part of a joke where they promise you something and you are left without a pot to cook in. It's been a month and a half now and customer service just gives you the runaround. If you're not going to replace it after promising, don't tell people to destroy their pots. It makes no sense. Really disappointed in this company. PS: I am NOT the kind of person who leaves reviews, this whole thing has just been infuriating.

UPDATE: Le Creuset reached out to me after I posted my review. They sent me a free Dutch oven! Seems they are really making an effort to reach out to people whom they have offended. I really appreciate it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is straight up the RUDEST company I have ever contacted. I have filled out a “contact us” form TWICE on their website and never received a response. Suffice it to say that I won’t be purchasing their products, ever.

I received a French oven as a gift. When I finally went to use the oven, I noticed marks/uneven glazing etc... I contacted Le Creuset by email and received a response in 1 business day. Customer service asked for pictures of the pot. I messed up on some pictures and had to re-send. I got a response, in a matter of days that they will be sending a new French oven, when they receive mine. Le Creuset sent a link for paid return. Love, Love that they did that. I am looking forward to my new oven. Will purchase from them again. Painless customer service. Thank you Le Creuset!!!

I placed an order online just before Christmas, which arrived within 3 days. I was very impressed. One of the items was an oval gratin dish. There was damage to the coating at the handle. I contacted Customer Services and spoke to a lovely lady called Rachael who was extremely helpful. I forwarded a photo of the damage and she arranged to send a replacement to me. I received it 4 days later. Great customer service. Thank you.

Very good service! We bought a Le creuset pan a few years ago but lost the receipt. That was no problem for the customer service after explaining our problem and sending a lot of pictures they send us a new pan. That’s what I call Livetime warranty!! Thanks Le Creuset
