Le CreusetReviews of lecreuset.com

ABSOLUTE WORST company EVER!!! I would leave ZERO stars if possible. UNABLE to contact ANYONE. They SAY they care about customer service but there is NONE, ZERO, NADA, ZIP.....PATHETIC!!! Also reporting to the BBB in hopes they will investigate this company.

I tried calling their customer service for 3 weeks now and nobody picks up, It feels like it's a sham company. I will never bought any Le Crueset ever again period!!!!!!!!

worst customer service ever. It was a mistake that I ordered online. Received an email of shipment with an invalid tracking number, tried to reach out to them via email, phone calls but got no response what so ever. It's been a week since I received the shipment email still haven't received the product. Why do you even have a customer helpline when there is no one to help you?!

Complete lack of customer service - I can't even call it bad because that would imply that I interacted with them at all. I have been calling, emailing, and using social media to reach out to le creuset for weeks about my order. I have been completely ignored. I've recieved no notification that my multiple emails have even been delivered, let alone read by a live person, and when I've called them I've been put into an obnoxious queue only to be hung up on several minutes later. The one time I did get through via phone, it was to an automated voicemail that promised a call back within two business days - of course that didn't happen. I've been left with no choice but to file a chargeback on my credit card.

Like others on this site, I only received half of my order and have had 0 luck getting in touch with anyone at the company. Terrible customer service.

Will NEVER order direct from this company's website again! Would have done better ordering direct from 1 of their vendors. After paying over $50 for 2 day shipping.... 1 week later and Still Nothing! Horrible Customer Service.

When you try to get in contact with anyone it’s impossible. I had ordered some dishes I only got half of the order. And to try to get someone on the phone it’s impossible. The matching ask to leave a message. I did and one got back to me. It’s so unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Their lifetime guarantee is a sham. When you call the customer service line during normal business hours, you never reach a live person. The message says to leave your name, number, and reason for the call and that a customer service rep will respond within two business days. I have never received a call back. I've called 8 times over a three month period trying to get a replacement for a defective casserole dish, which they promised to replace. They have yet to send me a replacement & won't respond to emails or phone calls.
