Yes, there is clearly something wrong with Creuset's customer service (and the product isn't perfect either). Our beloved signature enameled french oven chipped very badly at the bottom from dried spaghetti. No relation to hot temperature, hard objects, misuse, chemicals or anything like that. Just leftover spaghetti overnight on the bottom of the pot. After pulling out the spaghetti, the enamel chips off. 0.5mm cavities after that. Very strange, yet that's exactly what happened. And the customer service doesn't reply. Yes they shortly replied initially, but after trying to deal with the problem they don't reply anymore.

Dinnerware purchased for 400.00 (12 plates, 3 sets of 4 salad plates, and 12 bowls) online 9/9/19. They shipped out the plates and salad plates but informed me the bowls were no longer available (like I didn't want a full set?). I promptly called and after several days they finally called. I let them know that I didn't want half a set. They then sent me an RMA for the return of the product once it was delivered. I received the 12 plates but only 3 of the 12 salad plates were sent. Again, I called to see if there was going to be another box coming that included the other 9 salad plates. 3 days later I get a return call. NO, in fact there wasn't another box, indeed they only sent 3. They were finally sent. Now, I can send them back, right? wrong, I don't have an RMA for the 2nd box. Sent an email, no response. Sent another email, no response. As a matter of fact, I haven't received any correspondence regarding my order since 9/22/2019 and it's 10/10/19 and I still don't have my refund. Now I am forced to file a fraud claim with my CC company. I personally will never shop Le Creuset online again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Poor quality product! My enamel melted after only using it 4 times. Even though it’s a lifetime warranty, they won’t cover heat damage - what else is a frying pan made for?? Will never buy this product again!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!...I have never experienced in life a worse customer service experience from a company that we have loved over the years.  Your frying pans are crap and no better quality than a T-fal pan that can be bought for $30.  Your customer service is pathetic and the fact you all hide behind your email is pittiful.  You ask for pictures but its simply a cover up to show you care (of which you don't)  People aren't stupid and your lack of support is evident. A store has no authority to handle a complaint and deal with it. They simply give you a sheet a paper with contact info for their head office in Quebec. The phone number will never go through to someone and they do everything in their power to do nothing but offer you a discount if you want to buy another product. Don't waste your time dealing with them. They are absolutely brutal. From the reviews on Trustpilot, it is evident they don't care. They don't even take the time to comment as they know what they are doing is simply trying to pass the buck onto the consumer. Why offer a limited life time warranty when the word limited excludes absolutely everything.

Jeg har købt et stegepande og er ikke tilfreds med den, jeg vil bruge mine 30 dages fortrydelsesret, hvilket skal vise sig slet ikke er så nemt. Det er den værste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har oplevet, alt er kundens skyld!!! så har man brugt den forkert... så har man ikke læst brugervejledningen.... så har man brugt den ved for høj varme... så må man ikke krydre kødet før det er vendt første gang....osv osv , den ene dårlige undskyldning efter den anden. De forstår ikke hvad god kundeservice er. Man regner med en vis standard når man bruger 1.359 kr. på en stegepande. Jeg er mildest talt rystet over denne dårlige kundeservice og Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale nogen at købe noget ved Le Creuset. Man kan købe mange andre gode stegepander for den pris!!!!!!!!!!

They deserved 0 rating, none. bad customer service. They should fired all there employees in South Carolina and replace them with nice people that care about their customer. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost there business. I would never purchase another cookware from this company. Sorry guys you are not doing your job :(

I waited around 6 weeks to find out that Le Creuset will replace my defective pot however it is now 4 weeks later and they still haven't sent me a replacement despite multiple phone calls. They won't even commit to when I will get it. They just keep stating we've asked the warehouse to replace but seem to have no authority whatsoever. Horrible customer service!

I would never use Le Crueset again after I was fraudulently charged VAT when I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands and we pay our own tax here on items which we buy into the island. I explained this to Le Creuset and asked them to refund the VAT which they had charged me and they said that they would not return the VAT. This means that the company is illegally keeping the amount they charged me but do not pass on to HM taxman.
