I contacted customer service to find out about warranty services. I didn't have high hopes - but lo and behold: They wrote back an extremely nice email within 24 hours and immediately replaced the product. Very competent, very accommodating. Overall very satisfied with their products and the service. Great, I'll buy again!

I contacted customer service through email and told them about a part that had broken. They requested photos which I sent so I was expecting a new part but they sent me a full replacement!! I will continue to use their iconic products .

Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received. My beautiful round white Le Creuset pot was under one year and had a chip on the side... to me it looked like it had sort of melted off. I wrote to Customer Service about it and they were so helpful. I sent it back to them and they replaced it. I use it as a feature piece in my kitchen so it's a piece I need to look new (I had only used it maybe 6 times) I also have a Le Creuset oval pot from my wedding 18 years ago which is still going strong and is used multiple times per week. I also have other Le Creuset small pots, trivets, etc and I just love them. Amazing products, amazing customer service. I can't fault them and will 100% be buying from them again! Thank you!

We bought a salt and pepper mill 5 years ago. They have worked very well. The mechanism in the pepper mill recently failed. But Le Creuset have absolutely honoured their 10 year guarantee and are sending a new replacement unit. Excellent client service!

My son has gifted me beautiful bakers and a Dutch oven and they are awesome. I purchased two pie birds! They made my crust crispy and stable (it didnt sink). The filling didn't bubble out! What a difference!

We purchased a Le Creuset Dutch Oven pot over 30 years ago and have several other Le Creuset products. This is our go to pot for soups, casseroles, stews etc. as we find that it produces the best results and best tasting food. After 30 plus years of using it, for some reason the enamel started to flake off the bottom. Please understand that we use this cooking pot weekly so it gets a workout. I phoned customer service and spoke to Tanya about what was happening. She said to send the pot to her, they paid for shipping so there was no cost to us. After they reviewed what was happening, the immediate response was to send us a brand new one, again at no charge. I can't say enough about the quality of the product, the way it cooks and the great customer service I received from Le Creuset. I would highly recommend their products and the level of service they provide. Ron Romano
