I’ve been waiting for a refund on an item that was sent to me damaged for about a month . I like my other Le Creuset products, but I will never buy from Le Creuset again . The customer service is terrible. I feel like they have 5 people on the phones and one person processing refund and replacement requests . I think I’m going to look on glass door and see what the employees have to say .

I purchased a LeCreuset boiler many years ago. I sent it in to the warranty station for replacement or repair. They sent me a smaller unit than I sent to them. I sent it back to the warranty station, Now they will not send me anything. This is a poor way to run a business>>> The two people I have spoken to have both assured me it was taken care of...Now I assume this is a company of lies, because I believe that no one would say that unless approved by the Supervisor.

Please bare with me on this:
I special ordered an item to the Sherway Gardens location and when I picked it up, the sales associate, opened the box and showed me the top of it, leaving the base in the bottom of the box and covered. I took it home where I saw the base, the cast iron base was cracked. I called the store and they said there’s nothing they could do, and I’d have to call customer service. They didn’t even provide the contact information. I left for a trip for a friend’s wedding and when I got back I had exceeded the 45 day exchange policy. They have offered that I may replace my item at a 50% discount.
Where is their liability in producing, packing, shipping, receiving, inspecting, and delivering a broken item to the customer?
Yes, I exceeded the 45 day return policy (which no one told me about), but did they not violate their agreement with the customer in producing, shipping and selling a broken product?
People buy Le Creuset because of the outstanding quality. It’s not a very affordable product but people buy it because it stands the test of time. My item arrived broken. Why should I have to replace it, and at a number where they are still making a profit?
This holiday season when you are buying that very special gift for a loved one, or for yourself, please

Thank you! And feel free to share if you’re sick of the quality of every product in the world declining as the price continues to go up.

I bought a toughened deep frying pan in…
I bought a toughened deep frying pan in 28 cm when it was on special 40% off in Carrefour Laval , and the sales lady told me that it has life-time warranty which means they will replace yours with new one when it is not working as advertised. Well, it worked perfectly at the beginning, however, overtime, it is just not non-stick anymore. And when I try to claim the warranty. They asked me to send pictures and got back to me that they would not replace mine with new one because they think I overheated the pan which cause burn of the coating . And offered me to buy a new one at 50% the retail price ...I bought at 40% off. So I need to basically pay almost the same price to claim the warranty which is completely ridiculous. If you have a pan that can only be used over low heat , you should not call it a fry pan... how do you sear your steak on low heat ? And I doubt, if you only use on low-heat, it will stay forever non-stick. For a pan this price I am very disappointed and will not buy again. And also disappointed with the customer service team because it is basically saying that it is customer's fault and you either pay to buy a new one or we just do nothing , no warranty. It is not the same when you are in the store and the sales person just tell you that there is a life-time warranty....which is not true .Disappointed. Now , that it is no longer non-stick, probably toxic , 200 dollars in the garbage can ...

Bought 3 Le Creuset and spend $900…
Bought 3 Le Creuset and spend $900 dollars, out of the 2 Le Creuset pot is rusted. Sent back and the staff did some polish and remove the rust.
But came home use it for the first time 2 pots is actually leaking while cooking. Bought the pots not more than 1 week but sent for warranty it took forever to send back and no respond from the customer service.
Send back for warranty but it took forever to get back the pot as promised the 14 days working day!
This is how Le Creuset promise the life time warranty to the customer but it took forever to claim back the pot!
Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this brand! Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Poor quality.
Bought 3 Le Creuset stainless steel pans £248. One of the lids has rusted and one of the pans rusted also. Took back to John Lewis Chester store and lady rubbed them with some polish and removed some of the rust from the lid and the surface rust from the pan and sent me on my way. Really disappointed as only 18 months old and was of belief Le Creuset were built to last. I now need to go buy some polish and keep polishing the rust out. Complete waste of money.
