Placed an order Apr 20 and item arrived 3 weeks later. It was too small multiple calls to return with wait times from 30-90 min. Returned item first week in May priority mail at $30 shipping. No communication from them so I called end May with 35 min wait time and was told item was received and being processed for return with credit forth coming in 2-3 business days. It is 4 weeks later and no credit has been applied to my account. In addition to this order, I have placed prior orders only to have broken items upon receipt. The company is sloppy with horrendous customer service and they don't seem to care. AVOID!

Oh my god it's so bad dealing with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. I've ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my full order that they keep claiming is coming. I keep calling and getting told my stuff is coming and it's "ALL" been shipped, but NOPE. Also they keep saying they have something "In stock" and send me deceptive tracking receipts.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Why bother to have a customer service helpline when no one EVER picks up the phone??!!! It has been 3 months since I've called their number and nobody pick up. My item being sent back for warranty has no reply or status or email whatsoever. Le creuset said they are understaffed due to covid, but I think this is now an excuse. If you need to purchase le creuset, buy from a retailer. Products are great, but their customer service is the worst ever in this age of online shopping!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent 30 minutes waiting to speak to customer service, when I finally did and requested to cancel my order that I had placed 2 hours prior, I was put on hold repeatedly and then finally told the cancellation would be confirmed. In the middle of the night I received a shipping confirmation, and when I called back and emailed I was told there was no way to stop shipment, and that I would have to wait until it was delivered to request a return shipping label. I will be requesting a return label as soon as it arrives and if it is not sent, will be stopping payment through my credit card. Wasted hours and hours for one small item and an issue that could have easily been fixed at multiple points. Very disappointed as I love this brand.

I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase directly from Le Creuset. I placed an order for a dutch oven in mid-April during a sale. Three weeks went by and I had heard nothing from them. I called to see where my order was at and was told that my selected color was out of stock. I could either select a new color or receive a refund. I chose a refund. I had to call three more times over the following four weeks to check on my refund status and escalate it through the processing queue. It was frustrating to wait seven weeks to receive my money back for an item that was out of stock at the time of purchase. I am sure that Le Creuset produces high quality cookware, but I would advise anyone to purchase their goods through a reseller and not directly from Le Creuset.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Order placed in March. In May the item arrived damaged and retuned. Now is June and I still don’t have my purchase delivered. After numerous e-mails which never were answered and calls of minimum 30+ min wait for the response, they keep saying they will ship it and never do. I have spent hours trying to communicate with them with no result. So disappointed.

What an iconic brand associated with excellence, however customer service could not be further from excellence. Placed an order last Monday and the webpage crashed and said i had to try again later, so i started doing order again then i thought i would check to see if i had been charged, low and behold order amount has been taken from my account, send email on Tuesday morning and got swift reply to say order had been successful and i would receive a confirmation email for my order, so 7 days later, 5 emails sent and countless voicemails left with no reply to either, i still have no confirmation email and am out of pocket the order amount. In the age of online shopping and the current state of the world you would think online stores would be able to at least reply, it took a reply to a social media post complaining before i got any acknowledgement today, even then it was vague at best and they are going to pass my details on to the department that ive been ignored by for the last week. Please dont waste your time ordering direct, go through a retailer as its really not a good online shopping experience.
