I received the wrong color of an item I purchased online. I wrote into customer service and was sent a return label to send the item back. They have received the item and have not refunded me. I have waited on the phone for hours and the phone line disconnects after a certain time of waiting, every single time. I have also emailed them countless times for the refund with no results, other than an automatic reply stating they have received my request. At this point, they have stolen over $300 from me. I will never buy another Le Creuset product, only because their customer service is garbage!

Le Creuset non-stock Pan is horrible. I have two and they both have food stuck to them, even cooking with oil. The pan was fine in the beginning, then after 6 month it loses its integrity and everything sticks to it. I can’t cook eggs or pancakes on it anymore. I wanted to get a replacement since it has a warranty and the customer service said the pan can not have any dark color on the bottom of the pan. A pan cooking on top of fire for 6 months will darken no matter what. I cook on medium to low and still have a darker color on the bottom of the pan. I am going to toss out these pans they are that bad now. Save your money and get a better brand pan.

LeCreuset has had my defective DutchOven for 3 months. No one answers emails or phone calls (2 hours on hold). Their claim of customer service is nothing more than a deceptive trade practice

Le Creuset's quality is not as it used to be. In 2020, I bought 3 Le Creuset dutch ovens, and had to return all of them. All of them had various imperfections and defects such as black dots in the enamel. Low quality products and no customer service! Very disappointed with Le Creuset!!!!!! Before you buy Le Creuset, look on the internet how many complaints about imperfections and defects are there recently posted.

Believe all the reviews you read about Le Creuset customer service. They are World Class Awful! I have spent $1,400 on multiple orders to get various products. On the small container for my 5 piece storage container set it arrived with a broken gasket. I have called them 3 times to get a replacement gasket. I was told each time I would receive a replacement. However they said they cant give me an order number to track the replacement gasket. I have sent unanswered emails and spent over an hour on the phone each time. I would just buy another gasket but I cant find a place to order one on their site. I went to the outlet store last week and they dont sell the gasket there. I am very frustrated with this company. As I said at the start their Customer Service is Workd Class Awful!

I submitted a warranty claim in June 2020. My item was received and it was determined that I needed to pay a discounted fee for a replacement. Fine. I submitted my check for $65 in early July. It is now mid August and info not have a replacement. Their customer service is abhorrent. Their phone system is will not connect me to a representative. No one has responded to my emails. I have no pot and I'm out an additional 65 dollars and not a word. I understand the pandemic has affected operations for many companies, but this is ridiculous. No communication with customers? It's customer relations 101. For what we pay for their products, they should invest more in treating their customers better. They've lost me as a future customer. Never again.

My review is in regards to their customer service. Recently i submitted an order online and changed my mind. I called customer service, spoke with a representative and she said she will stop the shipment to go out and refund the money. 2 days later I receive notification from UPS that package is on the way. I called customer service again, spoke with a different representative and she contacted UPS to return the package. 2 weeks later, no refund. I called customer service again and spoke with another representative that said to give them another week and if I don't see the money in the account to call again. Are you serious?? After being on hold for almost 1 hour every time I called, I have to keep chasing them to refund my money. It's a month now and still no refund.... Submitted another online purchase recently and they didn't deliver one of the items. No explanation. I called customer service and the representative said the item is out of stock but interesting enough if you go to the website it's still available and you can purchase it. She said they will refund the money back to my credit card. 2 weeks later... still no refund. I also sent them multiple emails,I received a case number every time I sent an email but no follow up or reply from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lost me as a customer for sure. For the amount of money I spent on their products, I find this service UNACCEPTABLE.
