Should get no stars. Have been waiting for customer service for 2 hours now. I have been “caller #3” for 40 minutes. I bought a $400 Dutch oven as a Christmas gift and have not received the item despite ordering it almost 3 weeks ago. This is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Returns are not being processed. They make it as difficult as possible to get you the return label to begin with. Then, after you finally receive it after several calls and then return your item, they will keep quiet after they received it. They do not respond to any inquiries via email. This appears to be a company that does not want to refund you the money, although they are contractually and legally obliged.

Would give 0 if possible. I have been trying to return an item for a full month now. I've called daily, over 45 minutes per call, I listen to the countdown of which caller I am, get to caller #1 and told the wait time is too long and to call again, disconnects. Have sent 8 emails. No response. This is a $687 piece of cookware I am unable to use. Totally unacceptable.

I contacted Le Creuset more than a year ago about a lifetime warranty. Today I heard from some yo yo named Chris who sounded like he was under water. He hung up. Called back while I was on voicemail trying to hear a message. No indication that Le Creuset was going to make me whole, only wanted to discuss why I was unhappy, and how they could improve. All they have to do is actually stand by their warranty. That would make me happy. So far NADA. They have lost a customer forever. They sent me a return UPS receipt and I mailed them my braiser. Then I never heard from them again. They don;t answer emails or the phone. SO I guess so much for the damn warranty. No problem. I switched to Staub. Got a braiser at half the price and I like it very much. No more over priced, underserviced Le Creuset for me. They lost a 30 year customer. Today I received a request from Trust Pilot for more information to send Le Creuset. One year later. Wow

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered mugs, the box came with contents shattered and I did not accept delivery. Tried again, box delivered with contents shattered. Deliverp person wrote damaged on the box...so why was it left? For a company who's primary products are fragile, and expensive, I do not understand their lack of packaging care. When I called customer care, i was on hold for a long time, then the message says press # to leave a message, i did so and was hung up on. Very disappointing. I will not order again.

Well , le creuset started a sale with everything out of stock, before it started. Basically , it's a misleading sale, it happened that I was online when I got the message , either was out of stock or icons were frozen. I mailed customers service , and had no acknowledgement of my complaint. In addition , tried to ring them early , it said , they were busy at 9, I just tested the company. Company like le,creuset should realise there is a lot of completion out there- they can't go forever .

I would give 0 stars if possible! Agree with other customers-after finally getting through to customer service they asked me to send pics of inside and out of the damaged pot. I sent the pics back in JULY and never heard back again!! Does this mean I have to wait another 2 hours to speak to customer service to get a response??? Word of caution-the warranty is a big, fat lie! This will be the last $400 creuset pot for me!
