Absolutely awful customer service. The email contains all my purchased with a tracking number. Only to find out one is missing and not included in the shipping paperwork. No contact from the company about the missing item. I call at 5:30pm EST (their hours are until 7pm) was told that the item is discontinued. Asked for a supervisor and was told that because I was calling “after hours” there was none available. By that time it was 6pm as I had to wait on the phone being caller #9. No manager called back until late when I called again twice. Manager said the product was not discontinued in that color and was going to send an email and will also call me the next day to advise when the product would be back in that color. When I told him I will wait for his email on the phone he said he had someone at the door and could not send it right away. No such email from him and he never followed up with the promised phone call. I did get a general email at 5:17pm asking me to update my information. Poor and incompetent staff!

Just like everyone else, Le Creuset's support is simply the worst! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and the status hasn't changed. Have been on hold with support for 2 hours and I'm only halfway through the waitlist. I ordered from them previously and had a somewhat decent experience, but based on the reviews, that must have really been an exception. I love their products, but if I ever buy any Le Creuset product again, it'll be through a retailer.

Love the product, but will never purchase through the website ever again. Bought a gift, paid extra for the 2 day shipping, took 7 days so I ended up having to purchase from a store in order to have the product in time and returned the original order. Got an RMA number through the website, sent the original order back without even opening the box. Fedex shows it was received December 1st. RMA email says they'll refund within 14 business days. I hear nothing from them, send another query through their website 15 business days later. No response. Send another email, crickets. A week later, send a third message requesting just an ETA...still silence. Not sure what the problem is, if they have the financial resources to refund the $650 or not. Wish I would have read all the other feedback indicating what a nightmare they are to get customer service from before ordering.

Bought a gift, turned out someone else bought the same thing. Got an RMA number through the website, sent the frying pans back. Fedex shows it was returned Nov 24th. RMA email says they'll refund within 14 business days. I hear nothing from them, send another query through their website 15 business days later. It's now been 23 business days, and their phone line is useless. I gave up after an hour of waiting on hold. Next step is to dispute this charge through the credit card company. It's a shame, because they have nice products. They haven't invested any money into their retail website support.

Placed an order in November, paid for 2 day express shipping. Never received the item, no answer other than computer and hold at customer service number. Have emailed customer service multiple times. No product delivered and no response from Le Creuset to any of the inquiries. They do make good products, but their website seems more of a con than a business. Do not order from this website.

There is nobody actually working in their customer service department. Placed two separate orders four weeks ago. Sent an email 10 days ago inquiring when the orders would ship. NO RESPONSE. Called customer service and waited in the queue for 6 HOURS straight!!! When the recording told me I was number one in line I waited another 12 minutes and their service line dropped the call!!! Absurd.

I’ve been on the phone waiting for 3 hours and counting. I was caller # 23 at the beginning of this 3 hour call and have been caller # 9 for over an hour. They must have taken a lunch! I wish I had read their reviews before ordering. I hope I get my money back! Customer service sucks! I never had to wait this long for any call EVER! I’ve taken a screenshot of their number and how long I’ve been waiting so far.

Absolutely awful experience. Customer service is nonexistent. Placed my order on November 30th... received the order confirmation email that said they would let me know when it shipped. 2 weeks later I tried contacting them. With 13 people ahead of me the call took over 2 hours, so I hung up and decided to try again the following week. Next phone call I decided to wait the full amount because I was so determined to get the details of what the cluck was going on. HERE’s THE KICKER waited 2 hours and 45 min, a person finally answers, asks for my order #, places me on hold and then the phone call drops. After. 2 hours. And. 45. Minutes. I then emailed them and again... no response. My poor mother will have nothing to open for Christmas... thanks LEPOOP.
