If I could give 0 or minus stars I would. Trust me there are so many unbelievable issues that I have had with this company that I cannot even explain my terrible situation within this one review. My experience with this company was horrible on so many levels. If you ever want to purchase something please I warn you purchase directly from the store because if you order online you will have problems from beginning to end. Take my advice or good luck !!!!

Terrible returns dept.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my refund. I have called twice and got the same run-around story about it not being processed and that I will have to wait another 10-14 days for my refund. It cost me $55 to return the items.

Awful customer service
I had a very disappointing experience with Le Creuset and warn anyone from ordering from them directly! I made an order in early December. When my order did not arrive I followed up with them, only to be given misleading information. After I insisted they stopped replying to any of my messages and it was impossible to get through to them. They just ignored me completely!! In the end my order never arrived and more than two months later I have yet to receive any apology or explanation as to what went wrong. I was only reimbursed after getting my credit card company involved. I have never seen such unresponsive customer service! I am completed frustrated at the amount of time I wasted on this. Never again...

Wish I could give them a zero
Wish I could give them a zero. I purchased a non-stick grill pan which turned dark brown/black within a year. I contacted customer service, who were initially very responsive, and after I sent pics they told me to throw out the old pan and they would send me a replacement. Well, that is the last I have heard from them other than to tell me that the replacement was delivered (it was not!) This has been going on for months. Unfortunately I purchased another item, which of course arrive quickly, while this process was beginning. I will not be purchasing from Le Creuset again and am considering small claims court. These items are TOO EXPENSIVE for the purchaser to be treated like trash.

le creuset stockpot with rust
I bought a Le Creuset 16 pieces set in November 2017 and one of the pieces (stockpot) has a rust problem. I requested replacement of the damaged part. order # 1119680224-0896204 / total $ 799.95 (amazon) and the third part service from Amazon told me that I should ask for the Le creuset because their warranty has expired and Le creuset has lifetime warranty.
I contacted Le creuset through the site twice at the customer service and warranty section and nobody answer me. I definitely learned and don’t recommend anybody bye furniture and other brands through Amazon third part but I am really frustrating that Le creuset hasn’t contact me back to solve this issue when they have lifetime warranty.

My husband purchased a stock pot for A Christmas gift. When I opened the box the pot was chipped in two spots. I have placed a warranty claim with the company. They have told me they are sending me a new pot and return label. I have yet to see either one! You can call many times and never get a return call. The customer experience is disappointing. I own many pieces but I will not be purchasing anymore. This is so time consuming.

What a saga
What a saga. I returned a dutch oven on a warranty claim and asked for a credit instead of another oven (not a ridiculous request, no?). This was back in January 2020. A year later, I'm still trying to redeem that credit because apparently the only way they can possibly process these orders is over the phone. Several phone calls later (sometimes waiting more than an hour on the line), it's like the order disappears into the ether. I get no notification for a month, call back, only to have to start all over again. No explanations. Sometimes I get an email saying an item is out of stock. Ok, no problem -- I'll order something else instead. When I reply via email, there's never a response. I beg for a follow up but receive nothing. Then I call again. Again, no acknowledgement that those emails even happened.
Sometimes I wonder if I'm getting trolled. But I really believe this is just Le Creuset. It is true that there are only a few employees working there. I've spoken to the same person on the phone several times. Some of them are sympathetic (some not so much) but it's really very clearly a structural problem more than the fault of the individual employees. I beg of you, never order from these people. If you need these products (and they are nice, of course), buy from a third party. Honestly, I'm not even sure I'll do that going forward. This has been such a nightmare and I'm too jaded now to expect any changes for the better :)

I went online to attempt a purchase for a gift for my wife. I had over $1000.00 in my cart and placed the order. I received a message stating the there was an issue and I needed to contact customer support. I tried a few times and then I received a message stating that my card was bad to contact customer support. I called and they said that they occasionally have problems and since I tried so many times my credit card locked up. I tried to place the order again this time with a different card. Same results. I waited 24 hours and I went to purchase the same items but now one was sold out! I placed the order and I got the same messages but I used my debit card instead of the two cards the day before. I called customer service and a lady told me that I now need to wait 48 hours. I asked if I could place my order online and she said no. NOW I look on my bank account and one of the orders shows pending a debit and a credit for the amount. The worse online site ever. They just lost out on a sale!!!!!
