Customer service is non-existent. I returned an item that was too small for my needs. They authorized a refund so I packed everything in the original boxes and packaging and followed their directions for a return. According to tracking, they received it two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. So now they have both my money and the pan I returned. They don’t respond to emails and they don’t answer their phones. Incredibly frustrating. It seems the only way I can rightfully get my refund is to dispute this transaction with my credit card company. This one terrible experience dealing with Le Creuset has really soured me from ever ordering from them again. Never buy from this company unless you’re absolutely certain you won’t have to deal with a refund or exchange or anything to do with customer service.

I've never written a review before, but I feel it necessary to warn others. I purchased a Classic Whistling Kettle. It looks great, but that's where it stops. Its impossible to pour without spilling water, its really hazardous to use. The whistle is unpleasant and makes a shrill scream. Even my $5 dollar store kettle does a better, safer job. For the $120 price tag...save your money.

I will NEVER order from the Le Creuset website again. I received a damaged item that I paid $350 for and had an awful time trying to return it. They finally sent return shipping labels and I sent it back, expecting a refund. They acknowledged receipt, but almost a month later they have not refunded my money - and customer service ignores my inquiries. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I am still out $350. I have been buying Le Creuset cookware for 40 years for myself and as gifts. I thought they were a reputable company! This has left such a bad impression. Never again ….

I will never buy another product from this company. They do not back their warranty but will offer a 50% off another 5.3L French Oven. I truly feel that the Blueberry French Ovens are defective and noticed most of the problems are with this Color. Don’t waist your $500, this pot will not last.

Worst customer service. (This is a theme here, but doesn't seem to make any difference to the company). I ordered 8 items as a gift for a Christmas delivery. Items arrived in two separate deliveries, three weeks apart, all after Christmas, AND, still waiting for the final shipment of the missing three items. Unable to get the tracking date because Le Creuset hung up on me when I asked for that imformation. Every time I have called the customer service number, the respondent has been cold at best, rude at worst. And with no answers.

If I could provide a review with no stars or less than no stars, I would. The customer service is atrocious...that is, when you can get them to respond to you at all. I have purchased a number of their pieces - the most expensive one - the dutch oven - began peeling and discoloring in less than two years with just a few uses and handwashing only. First, Le Creuset told me it was my fault - that I had misused the piece, etc (not true). Several times they quoted parts of the warranty that do not appear on their website - I have yet to find a copy of the warranty with those parts. Finally they say are sending me a replacement (as a one-time courtesy), but it has still not arrived (after nearly a month) and they refused to wait to ship until the color I requested was back in stock. This is only of short summary of my bad experience with customer service! I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company. The products are over the top expensive - which would be fine if the company treated its loyal customers with respect.

I was given an 8oz cocette a few months ago that I had been using as a butter dish. Just before Christmas, the lid broke so I looked for a replacement lid. Turns out that they were on sale on the website so I decided to just buy a whole new one. I ordered on Dec 13th. It still hadn't arrived or even shipped yet 3.5-weeks later so I contact customer service. It took them 2 days to say they'd look into the problem. Three days later, I finally got a message saying that they had to cancel the order because my billing address didn't match the billing address on my credit card. This is total bs. I double checked everything and the addresses matched just fine. There have been times when I might have mispelled or transposed numbers in the zip code, but usually websites catch those mistakes immediately and don't even allow the order through. I am convinced they effed up and are just making some kind of excuse. Even if there were a mistake and their system didn't catch it, it still took FOUR WEEKS to let me know of any problems, and it was only because I took the initiative to contact them. I was so turned off by the whole experience that I don't even want the cocette anymore. Just terrible.

The knob on one of my casseroles is showing some rust and this never happened with my previous black ones.I asked for a new one (at little cost to this company on a product that cost me over £200.) I was asked for photos which i provided. Since then i have been ignored. I have emailed 4 times and had no reply.Looking at other reviews on trustpilot i now see why. What a dreadful customer service. I think this is now worthy of a complaint letter to Watchdog and also the CEO of Le Creuset in case he does not realise what is happening to his company.
