Hi, We sorry for your misunderstanding on our store policy, but factual!, we have a store policy that you did not read or understand, we ship "FREE SHIPPING" 100% all over the world, our policy stated if your country for some random reason charge you duty or tax on any package of ours, we will reimburse (pay back) your full cost, but as policy stated you have to contact us directly [email protected] and provide a receipt of this cost.
