N’Y ALLEZ JAMAIS

Ordered a bag, it came but was not great quality, ordered a second hoping for better luck the second time around and this time they bag was not in stock. Why is bag not in stock being advertised as in stock? I noticed a lot of Chinese companies do this so it’s not a isolated incident. I don’t recommend buying form them also most of there products are on aliexpress for cheaper , so I would say buy it there instead.

I loved the shoes I received, but they ran large and requested an even exchange for a smaller size. I left a message and emailed customer service.. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! Very upset to say the least, since I wanted to be place another order for another pair of shoes, but no longer trust this company! Very sad to say the least being I loved their selection of shoes.

Hi Joan, We noticed your Trustpilot review and wanted to address your concerns. We believe there might have been some misunderstandings, and we would like to clarify our stance. Attempts to Contact: We called you once but didn’t receive a response. We emailed you twice and attempted to assist you via live chat. We have records of these communications and can provide proof if needed. Emails: We will resend these emails to the address you provided. Please check your inbox, including your junk mail, to ensure you receive them. Policy on Exchanges: Our store policy requires a 7-day notice for exchanges after delivery. Your request came 18 days post-delivery, which is beyond our stated policy period. We cannot make exceptions to our policy as it would be unfair to other customers and compromise our integrity. We hope this clarifies the situation. Please keep an eye on your email for further details. Thank you for your understanding.

You couldn’t ship the product.
Response from LeBeautiful.CoMay 29, 2024
Hi Brian, Let's be honest and stay with the facts, you made a purchase from our store during our yearly ( mid Jan till March 1) shutdown/offline procedure, where we don't ship or receive orders. A letter and refund was sent to all customer that placed orders in that window via email. Unlike our official store www.lebeautiful.co Facebook/Instagram don't allow us to set up a notice when order is placed, this is why for those type orders we send via email a notice to you. If you think we could have handle this any better, please be free to share your thoughts. If you choose to repurchase those items we are more than ready to process and ship them out to you. Sorry for your discomfort, but I think professionally we did the best we could under circumstances.

Response from LeBeautiful.CoMay 29, 2024

I’ll never receive my order
Response from LeBeautiful.CoMay 9, 2024
Hi Stacy, we notice you are a trusted customer since 2022, and you should know if you haven't received your package at this point something seriously went very wrong. We have been working with our forwarder and shipper for over 3 weeks now trying to find out what happen to your shipping, at this point we are assuming it got lost in someone possessions international or your local courier (USPS), this sometimes happen less than 0.8% of our yearly shipping. We are going ahead and process a refund. We only hoping that you did not lost trust in us, we are not a courier company we can only do our best getting your purchase to you, thank you for being a customer, we absolutely appreciate you. Regards Kassy Sperry

I haven’t received my order yet. Pretty poor form to send me a customer satisfaction survey before the product arrives. Send me another after I get my shipment.
