I find it funny I received an email asking how my order was back in December. The company is a scam. Stay away. They sent me the wrong product after weeks & weeks of waiting. The customer service was a joke. They never refunded my money. They accused me of making up false tracking information (for a $100 coat). I reported them to the BBB. I have all of the pictures and communication if anyone is interested. I am more than happy to share! Stay far away!

I feel as though 1 star is too much but it appears I had to give that to share my experience. I ordered this dress and another 1 for my baby shower and upon receiving the dress, I was DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT BELIEVE YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE SAME ITEMS AS YOU SEE ON THE PICTURES. It looked like someone had grab their tablecloth from their table and threw it in a ziplock bag. The other dress did not look like the picture either. I contacted customer service and the chat service and the chat service rep was rude. Days later I received an email back from someone saying their system was down for 14 days and no I cannot return items or get a refund. You can imagine this has been a horrible experience!! LEARN FROM ME LADIES, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOVE QUALITY & WANT WHAT YOU’VE PAID FOR!!
