I was having difficulty playing my Blu-ray discs. I contacted their customer support team, and they were great! They did their dead level best to help me, but, in the end it turned out it wasn't their software. It was my Blu-ray laser that was going out. My drive still can play regular DVD's and CD's, That is a different laser. But, as I stated above, you just can't beat their Free Blu-ray software. Leawo is great!!

My first time buying software other than business purposes. Great experience, and fast response whenever I encounter problems. I also report a minor bug (display issue) and been informed they were able to duplicate the problem and patch will be included soon, within 24 hours. Good job!

I've just seen some of the negative comments here and thought I ought to share that in my dealings with Leawo, which started in April 2010, I have always had exceptional support. Really rapid responses to queries and comments; quick provision of duplicate licence information when I've needed to reinstall - just really decent support.

I use the Music Recorder for Mac a long Time now. I love this product very much. After the update to El Capitano I needed a fix, because the software didn't work anymore. I got the fix immediately. Great Support, thanks alot!

I have converted most of my library using v4.8 and it took me a while to learn how to convert a Blu-Ray video and I constantly tell my friends about LEAWO products/ I have a minor problem and I can't solve it......I would like to find out just how or the process to merge all titles into one file. When converting with v7 I request Merge but it does NOT happen. Can someone at LEAWO develop a readable USER GUIDE written to the average customer. for Version 7 Blu-Ray Ripper. I have tried numerous time to convert and selected MERGE and it does not happen. Today, i have become so frustrated that I reinstalled my Version 4.8 after too much time trying. Please, Just a simply written USERS GUIDE - it would be welcomed by all users.
