I love all the information and…
I love all the information and templates to make building documents easier. I would give it a 5 but everything loads so slowly.

Got the background check I needed and at a decent price. Would just be better if it were easier for tenants to do that themselves

Starter lease
Great for basic template but wish had more options to customize or recommendations based on past lease things other owners added to make it stronger lease.

credit checking service is great
The credit checking service is very easy, and b/c my prospective tenants were on-top-of-things, I was reviewing their credit reports within minutes! I’d give one more star if they could get the price down to less than $20 per applicant.

It was an easy process for me.
It was an easy process for me however my clients, an elderly couple were not able to fill out or intimidated by the financial questions, and rightfully so. I wish I could make this on their behalf but I also understand the implications of doing so. Overall, satisfied with the service and fees. Thank you!

I use Leaserunner in my property…
I use Leaserunner in my property leasing business. It makes the job of collecting rent payments much better. Tenants pay more reliably. There are some things that Leasrunner wants to do that I don't use - like managing my leases. And that can make it less intuitive to integrate into my business, but i am happy that ACH payments are possible.

Easy to use for the most part
Easy to use for the most part. Comprehensive lease templates but they are a little clunky. It's nice to choose each service individually.
