Lose of Human Touch
I wish they went back to a phone number to contact them. Now everything is more automated and losing the human touch. Other than that they have a simple and streamlined system.

Good but needs more flexibility
The workflow and automatic lease building is where I get the value. However, some limitations in editing cause a problem. When editing the "owner" field in the lease, I cannot fit the legal name of the owner: "XXX Holdings - Xxxxx Xxxxxx XXXX Xxxxx Series LLC". I need a higher character limit. From a legal perspective this may be a deal breaker.

Easy to use
This is my second year using lease runner and it is super easy to use and manage tenants. I just wish it allowed for my customizations in the lease terms.

The background check didn't immediately…
The background check didn't immediately produce results for the criminal report. I communicated with the company and they gave me the report within 24 hours. So they were responsive, but naturally, I would have preferred to have received the report immediately.

This particular criminal report required a manual review to verify if the returned record do indeed belong to this specific applicant. It is rare, we see about five per year. We appreciate your patience, Ben.
