Leap Academy Ilana GolanReviews of leapacademy.com

Joining LEAP Academy, going through the Foundations program, and attending one of their live events last month has been one of the best decisions for my professional development. Through LEAP I have gotten to know myself better, learned how to hone in on my strengths and zone of genius, and how to rely on the hidden network to create and attract opportunities. I cannot recommend LEAP Academy more highly. Do yourself a favor, if you're wondering what's next in your career, and take a look at LEAP!

Joining the Leap International network of executive-level professionals and top-tier coaches has been one of the most impactful choices I’ve made for my career. If you’re looking for a program that not only advances your career but also empowers you to grow in every dimension, I can’t recommend Leap International Academy enough!

Attending the recent LEAP leadership conference in San Diego was nothing short of amazing. The event brought together a diverse group of leaders, each committed to driving real change. From the start, the energy was high with a shared purpose: to learn, grow, and inspire others, to make those amazing LEAPs. The sessions were expertly designed to tackle both personal and professional growth. Keynote speakers, and LEAP leaders, shared their journeys with authenticity, touching on real-life struggles and triumphs. Hearing their stories was not only incredibly motivating, but it shows that we can all rise above. It wasn’t just about their success but about their resilience, adaptability, and determination. Breakout sessions provided hands-on strategies for effective communication, and decision-making, leaving each attendee with actionable skills. On of the most impactful elements was the networking and the people that you meet. Conversations with like-minded professionals sparked new ideas, but beyond the knowledge gained, there was an undeniable shift in my mindset and feel more focused with a renewed sense of purpose.

Incredible Experience at the International Leap Academy's Leadership Conference! I had the opportunity of attending the Global Leap Academy and International LEAP Network ‘s “The New Possible” Leadership Conference, and what a memorable and deeply inspiring event it was!! Making invaluable connections with brilliant minds and leaders from around the world, we all immersed ourselves in insightful sessions and workshops, sharing experiences with other accomplished leaders and innovators. This weekend has left me equipped with new perspectives and strategies. The experience truly broadened my horizons and I am excited to apply these learnings to my journey ahead and help colleagues grow their business and meet their goals! So thankful to connect with these likeminded accomplished leaders and coaches!!!

The structure and the learning process is robust and working out to 95%. The rest is captured by the very professional coachings. I find it extremly valuable to be in a group of people that have the same mindset and are very supporting to each other. Therefore the exchange on the conference was very precious as it pushed the trust in the network to the next level - really valuable

This is an excellent program for those who are willing to put the work in. The training content is useful and well crafted. The coaching sessions are inspirational and supportive. Lastly, the network is second to none!

Leap Academy is an incredible journey. Our recent conference in San Diego was outstanding! The event was well planned, the location was beautiful, the coaches brought their A-Game, our network community and attendance was top notch, and we shared and learned so much from each other.

If you're ready to make a bigger impact but feel stuck and want to bet on yourself, then the Leap Academy Leadership Program is for you. When I joined Leap Academy, I felt like a broken bird. A year of running on the hamster wheel at my job had clipped my wings and drained my confidence. I knew I was destined for more, but I couldn’t see the way forward. Joining Leap was a game changer for me. I left module 2 of the Foundations Program just 2 weeks later feeling like a total badass. Somewhere along the way, I had forgotten my own strength, and this program reminded me of who I am. It reignited my dreams and helped me envision a bolder future. The transformation was so striking that my family even asked me whether I’d joined a cult, and they weren’t kidding. They urged me to look into Leap, but of course, I’d already done my research before joining. Working with the incredible Leap coaches and connecting with fellow leaders in the International Leap Network has continually expanded my vision of what’s possible for me. If you're ready to take a career leap and believe in the power of investing in yourself, I can’t recommend Leap Academy enough. It’s the best investment you’ll ever make!
