Leap Academy Ilana GolanReviews of leapacademy.com

Jason, Leap Team, Ilana, thank goodness. The challenge fulfilled my expectations, I think it is the energy flowing what most impacted me because it resonates with my inner soul. Paula EM

Leap helped me gain absolute clarity through the Foundations program and the resultant networking with like-minded leaders. I successfully transitioned from a job search to a job-creation posture based on that clarity, which boosted my confidence in the process.

Leap was nothing short of life changing for me - not only do I have such a better sense of self, I now see opportunity in a completely different light.

LEAP gave me the confidence to pursue a profile career, because before LEAP I didn’t know that having a passion for being a “Jack of all Trades” was something of value and could be leveraged into an amazing career.

I trusted the Leap process by partnering and leaning into their leads, support staff and peer community. The journey through mini leaps and scarier/bigger leaps resulted in real, tangible, transformational outcomes over and over, again! The compounding growth experienced is real when we hold hands and jump together.

Ilana Golan and her Leap Adademy Team wildly exceeded my expectations! More support than I could ever have imagined! My LEAP journey has been a powerful reminder that growth accelerates when you’re surrounded by bold minds, honest conversations, and a shared commitment to leading with purpose! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guidance and professional development opportunity have provided the clarity and tools to move forward in my journey!

Leaping, developing, collaborating with Leapers and gaining the courage to make difficult decisions!
