I've loved my time at LEAP - I see the passion and dedication and how Ilana shares authentically, gives her time and builds solutions based on the trends and needs. I really appreciated the empathy and responsiveness of the coaches and team - it's inspirational! I am excited to continue with the experiments, the tools and approach provided and especially the community and inspiration.

I joined LEAP Academy when I was stuck in a negative cycle in my career with no clear direction on my next step. Joining LEAP and getting guidance from the coaches and especially attending a live event showed me the possibilities for my career. The foundations program was an excellent pattern interrupt and helped me approach my networking and career vision with a new mindset. I may come back for another round - this experience has been fantastic!

Words to describe the program: challenging, rewarding, supportive, energizing, transformative. When I went "shopping" for programs or coaches to level up my career I had a lot of checkboxes to hit. I didn't just want a professional marketing / branding person. I didn't just want a soft-skills exec / life coach. I also needed to know how to tell my story correctly as I felt I was not being considered for roles that were a perfect fit (in my mind). I needed my entire mindset transformed AND to never feel "alone" during the process. AND I needed to know that other people investing in this program are top-notch (to legitimize it). This program has all of it. It could be considered expensive, but at this point I believe it to be worth it, regardless of the specific outcome you are looking for. You will leave with a new mindset and skills that you will leverage for the remainder of your working life. Ilana is wicked smart, has a pedigree that is unmatched in the coaching space, and the coaching team that works for her is also top notch in their niche areas. The networking and caliber of other LEAPers was something I didn't expect - I've made incredible connections and the support-group aspect that is available to you is a total bonus.

After researching several potential people/organizations, I selected Leap Academy for their "structured", insightful process to getting to the core of what I wanted to do next. Having been outside of the USA in Italy for 5 years, I needed a roadmap that provided a support network but more importantly, GUARDRAILS upon which I could manage my time/days etc. I started on 10 January 2024 and completed the Foundations program on 23 April and it has been a most invaluable experience for me. I realize now that this self-evolutionary process is never ending and that to continuously find your reason for being in this world requires ongoing work and reflection. The contacts and friends I made at LEAP Academy over the 120 days I was a participant are extraordinary and I routinely partake in the alumni sessions on a monthly basis. I am in the process right now of signing on to a marketing director job at a small, Southeast Business School here in Central Florida but my focus is going beyond this and getting involved in teaching, learning and the evolution of education for all. I can put my marketing and storytelling skills to great use in a sector I am truly passionate about as I feel it is no longer optional to not democratize education and decent paying work for all people, whether they get a 4-year degree or not! I will be in touch with my LEAP Academy family forever and beyond thankful for the guidance and support. It was so worth the investment in myself and if you are looking for a roadmap to get you to your next LEVEL, join LEAP ACADEMY!! You will not regret it!

I discovered Ilana through a captivating Facebook ad that asked, "Are you stuck?" The question piqued my interest, and I watched the entire video, impressed by her wise, sincere presentation and smart tips. I subscribed to her emails, and a couple of months later, I received an invitation to participate in an experiment consisting of four trainings and a live workshop in Arizona for a nominal fee. I took the opportunity and attended. The overall feedback I heard from all attendees mirrored my own experience. Everyone had discovered Ilana through the same Facebook ad and initially questioned if she was the real deal. I can personally attest that Ilana is indeed a REAL THING! I was impressed by her boundless energy, enthusiasm, sincerity, and wits. She has a highly professional and experienced team of coaches who shared valuable tips on personal branding, interviewing techniques, and portfolio careers. We participated in psychological mind-changing practices and workshops, and every minute of the event was invaluable. Although I currently don't have the financial means to invest in her incredible trainings, I wholeheartedly recommend Ilana and her wonderful team to anyone at the executive level who wants to learn how to get unstuck and become unstoppable in pursuing their career dreams. Every person I spoke with, whether they were part of her Millionaire Club or the other club (don't remember the exact title), expressed satisfaction with their investment in themselves. They all experienced increased confidence, were happy with the results, and were touched by the genuine care, expertise, and motivation provided by Ilana and her team to push them to their limits and become unstoppable. The coaches at Leap are knowledgeable, empathetic, encouraging, super-crazy smart, and educated on the most up-to-date technology and resources available in the job placement arena. To me, Leap was more than a career path program, it was also a personal development program. The weekly "classes" are phenomenal, never "canned" presentations. The DISC assessment and the "homework" to drill down to discover my "why", and my 50 reasons, was insightful. The steps in the program are extremely simple, the work, however, is INTENSE! The vulnerability and honesty from other participants was priceless, and exceptionally helpful! I appreciated the break down of the steps and homework in the modules, into bite-sized pieces. The time period of the program was accurate. For me, it needed to be a daily time commitment (or it was too easy for me to fall behind). The program broke down theories and concepts, into attainable measurable actions. The accountability partner was extremely helpful. The continuous motivation, thoughtful recommendations and encouragement was priceless!

Joining Leap academy was a game changer for me. I knew I was doing something wrong in my career but could not figure out what it was. In just 8 weeks of mental exercises, I figured out what was missing and how the hidden market, networking works. The program also gave me the confidence to look within, seek constructive feedback and then take action.
