Although it’s still early in my participation, I have begun to notice positive shifts in both my approach and mindset. The initial modules have proven impactful in helping me reframe how I think as well as how I carry myself.

I joined Leap Academy in a very low moment of my life, both professionally and personally. Leap gave me the tools to help me get out of my own way and finally step into the next chapter of my life! I highly recommend it for the coaching and the community that’s built around the program.

I have been a mortgage broker for 29 years, working 100% on commission without a salary. In essence, I have been self-employed for nearly three decades. Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent 8 years as an engineer, experiencing the corporate world, which ultimately did not fulfill me. Throughout my career in the mortgage industry, I have taken immense pride in the work I've done and the positive impact I've had on people's lives. Recently, I found myself seeking new challenges and growth opportunities. I turned to LinkedIn, hoping to discover these opportunities, but quickly realized I lacked a clear vision for my future. By what I can only describe as a stroke of divine intervention, I came across Ilana on my feed. Intrigued by her message about helping individuals create a vision for their future, I decided to take a leap of faith and enrolled in LEAP Foundations. Having participated in numerous coaching groups before, I can confidently say that LEAP Academy stands out. It is the first program I have encountered that offers a structured system to guide you with vision and clarity for how you want to live your life. Currently, I am engaged in two exciting LEAPs simultaneously: I connected with a fellow LEAPER who invited me to join his startup venture in the Fintech space, focusing on business development. This opportunity has the potential for substantial financial compensation and is providing me with valuable experience in the Fintech industry, enhancing my marketability for the future. I have also embarked on building a team in the Life Insurance Industry. This remote, self-employed position allows me to establish a long-lasting passive income stream. As I acclimate to this new system, I am confident it will yield significant rewards and positively impact others' lives. Neither of these incredible opportunities would have come to fruition had I not joined LEAP Academy. I am profoundly grateful to Ilana and all my coaches—Shannon, Gina, Su, and Amanda—for their guidance and support. Thank you, LEAP Academy, for helping me envision and embark on an exciting new chapter in my career and life.

Leap Academy's Impact: Leap Academy has been instrumental in providing me with the clarity and dedication to follow my true passion: - Career Transition: I am committed to retiring from my tech days and using my skills to pursue my next adventure. "I AM ALL IN!!" - Steadfast Dedication: I will not return to tech under any circumstances this time. - Clarity of Vision: My focus is now on fitness technology and healthy lifestyle concepts/companies. - Entrepreneurial Spirit: I am eager to explore my entrepreneurial spirit to its fullest potential. - Networking: I have made numerous connections with peers and the "underground market," taking the time to help others and seek suggestions and introductions. - Leveraging Skills: I will use my sales and finance skills, along with my driven, outgoing personality, to pursue opportunities that I once thought were beyond my reach. Passion-Driven Success: I believe that by following my passion, the rewards, happiness, and financial success will follow. - Overcoming Fears: I am ready to make the LEAP to conquer my fears. As Richard Branson says, "You don't learn to walk by following rules." - Daily Motivation: "Eat a frog daily and eliminate that one nagging task." - Proactive Approach: I always ask the question since I would rather get a "no" than an "I don't know," and more often than not, I get a YES! Support System: My teenage boys, parents, and friends are extremely proud of me for my dedication to finally following my passion. Their support and encouragement fuel my drive to succeed in this new career chapter. If this resonates with you, I highly recommend taking the LEAP!! You will not regret it!!!!
