Placed an order on 10/11/26. Still waiting to be processed according to the website. The ship date was to be 10/16/26 when I placed the order. Just requested a refund. I will not be placing future orders with this business.

Order placed not shipped a week later. Inquiry to customer service took 2 days for a response which only (a) misstated the order date, which was clearly showing from their own website on their response (!), claiming the order was placed 3 days later than it was, and (b) advising that these can take a long time! But they were lightning fast charging my credit card.

Awful. Original order confirmed but never shipped. After 30 day follow up, "oh yeah we'll get that right out to you." Unfortunately they send me the wrong size. They offered me the privilege of returning it for the correct size. I responded just send me the correct size. No response. Get yourself a real retailer. This outfit sucks.

I made an order with this company on 7/23/2026. Almost a week later I followed up on my order. They told me 1 item was out of stock. I got refunded for that item. The other 2 items haven’t been shipped yet! This is ridiculous! If they send the items to me, I will receive it when the season is almost over! I do not recommend this company if you need sporting goods!

Spent almost 300 on aau uniforms and their sizing was way way off any other uniforms (Nike/school uniforms) we’ve had in the past 3 seasons. My daughter could gain 30 lbs and grow 4” and these would still be too big. These are bigger than men’s clothes and they’re supposed to be women’s cut. We did nothing wrong, Your sizing is way off. I was assured Adam would help but his only suggestion was for me to spend another 300. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Enjoy the bad reviews across every possible review site. You earned it

I ordered a Mizuno 34” bamboo bat MZE243. Paid the extra money for free return shipping. The bat is a total POS. 32.9 oz on my accurate scale and unbalanced. I go to their return portal and it asks me if the original shrink wrap was removed. I clicked yes and found that because I did it’s not returnable?? How could I have swung and weighed it with the wrap on. This company is f’n scam

They absolutely suck. Order shirts one May 1st and they shipped two and have been going around and around for the other two tanks.

They cancelled my order a week after I bought something and it's going to be another week before they refund my money. Such a trash business. Stay away and go with a reputable business.
