Placed an order on 10/11/26. Still waiting to be processed according to the website. The ship date was to be 10/16/26 when I placed the order. Just requested a refund. I will not be placing future orders with this business.

I really like the Team 365 Men's Zone Performance Long Sleeve T-Shirt they sell. It’s a great product with multiple colors to choose from. The quality of the shirt is better than the Nike Legend and the shipping was fast and on time. I give League Outfitters a big thumbs up.

Order placed not shipped a week later. Inquiry to customer service took 2 days for a response which only (a) misstated the order date, which was clearly showing from their own website on their response (!), claiming the order was placed 3 days later than it was, and (b) advising that these can take a long time! But they were lightning fast charging my credit card.

Awful. Original order confirmed but never shipped. After 30 day follow up, "oh yeah we'll get that right out to you." Unfortunately they send me the wrong size. They offered me the privilege of returning it for the correct size. I responded just send me the correct size. No response. Get yourself a real retailer. This outfit sucks.

I dealt with a customer service rep by the name of Aaron Salen and he was really good. In a time when you get robots or are asked to do things through email I appreciate talking to someone and he went way past what he needed to do to help me find my package that the shipping company that was used messed up. Wish all sales reps were like him.

I made an order with this company on 7/23/2026. Almost a week later I followed up on my order. They told me 1 item was out of stock. I got refunded for that item. The other 2 items haven’t been shipped yet! This is ridiculous! If they send the items to me, I will receive it when the season is almost over! I do not recommend this company if you need sporting goods!

Customer service went above and beyond to rectify my mistake of making the same order 3 times (no, I'm not proud of that.) Another review slams a rep by name here and A. That's not cool, B. He is actually a good person from personal experience. Just because they have to enforce company policy doesn't make someone evil. I've ordered quite a few times now and have gotten my order as expected and in a timely fashion. As I said earlier, support has been excellent when I needed it. Don't be scared off by the haters, this is a good place to shop. Prices are competitive and product is authentic. If you have any hesitation or questions before you click buy, just give them a call or drop them an email.
